技术领域：
本实用新型属一种多层管管道，更具体的说涉及一种车辆管线用共挤塑多层管管道。
背景技术：
输送车辆用输油管道是一项公知的技术，采用单层尼龙压力管(PA11或PA12)。由于管道装置经常处在各种有毒有害条件下，管道总是与车用流体、油料、添加剂相接触。因此阻渗能力是一项重要指标，而单层管不能满足要求。另外，还要考虑到外部环境影响，如石块的冲击和介质的腐蚀。此外还要考虑到发动机温度常会升高到很高的程度；在寒冷的气候，管道会处于低温状态。单层尼龙管道装置不能同时满足上述要求。
发明内容：
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中缺点，提供一种技术更为先进，阻渗能力增强，同时满足温度、腐蚀、冲击等要求并且符合环境保护要求。
本实用新型是这样实现的，该多层管装置具有一层尼龙，一个阻渗内层，一个尼龙层，一个粘接层，一个聚合物外层。

具体实施方式：
本实用新型是这样实现的，由内至外依次是，最内一层尼龙6(PA6)1，整个管道耐腐蚀性提高、软化加大、热稳定性提高；一层EVOH阻渗层2；一层尼龙(PA6)3；一层粘接层4；一层聚合物外层5由尼龙11(PA11)或尼龙12(PA12)组成，PA11/PA12增强管道的强度冲击韧性提高。

Claims (2)

1、一种多层管管道，其特征是由内至外依次是最内一层尼龙6(PA6)(1)，一层EVOH阻渗层(2)，一层尼龙6(PA6)(3)，一层粘接层(4)，一层聚合物外层尼龙11(PA11)(5)组成。
2、按权利要求1所述的多层管管道，其特征聚合物外层(5)也可以用尼龙(PA12)12。
