Description
クラッチハウジング内に同軸上に配置され、摩擦材が貼着されたドライブプレートと、ドライブプレートと交互に配置されたドリブンプレートと、軸方向荷重を与えることでドライブプレートとドリブンプレートとを係合させる押圧面を有するピストンを備えた多板クラッチにおいて、
ピストンの押圧面には、ドリブンプレート側へ突出する複数の押圧部が設けられ、押圧部は、ドリブンプレートの外周に周方向不等配に設けられたスプライン突起の配置に対応して設けられていることを特徴としている。
コスト増を伴わずコンパクトな構成で、ドリブンプレートのヒートスポットを低減でき、安定した作動が確保できる。すなわち、ピストン部の押圧面の形状によりドリブンプレートの耐ヒートスポットの向上を図るものでピストン形状をスプライン部の配置に合わせて凸形状にし、ドリブンプレートを押すことによりヒートスポットの発生を抑制することができる。

Claims (3)
- クラッチハウジング内に同軸上に配置され、摩擦材が貼着されたドライブプレートと、前記ドライブプレートと交互に配置されたドリブンプレートと、軸方向荷重を与えることで前記ドライブプレートと前記ドリブンプレートとを係合させる押圧面を有するピストンを備えた多板クラッチにおいて、
前記ピストンの押圧面には、前記ドリブンプレート側へ突出する複数の押圧部が設けられ、前記押圧部は、前記ドリブンプレートの外周に周方向不等配に設けられたスプライン突起の配置に対応して設けられていることを特徴とする多板クラッチ。 - 前記ピストンの押圧部の少なくとも一部は連結していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多板クラッチ。
- 前記ピストンは、プレッシャープレートを介して前記ドリブンプレートを押圧することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多板クラッチ。
