Claims (3)
- 不純物として一酸化炭素を含む改質ガスから水素ガスを抽出する装置であって、電解質膜と、電解質膜を挟持して配置される第1と第2の触媒担持導電体と、第1と第2の触媒担持導電体と回路を組む電源と、同じ電解質膜を挟持して配置されかつ第1と第2の触媒担持導電体とは電気的に絶縁されて配置される第3と第4の触媒担持導電体と、第3と第4の触媒担持導電体と回路を組む電源と、第1と第3の触媒担持導電体に共通の第1のガス流路と、第2と第4の触媒担持導電体に共通の第2のガス流路と、第1のガス流路に改質ガスを導入する改質ガス導入手段と、水素が酸化処理された後の改質ガスを第3の触媒担持導電体から回収する不純物回収手段と、不純物回収手段とは別に設けられる、電解質膜を通過したプロトンが還元されて生成された水素を第2および第4の触媒担持導電体から回収する水素回収手段とを備えており、第1の触媒担持導電体は水素は酸化するが一酸化炭素は吸着しない水素酸化触媒を少なくとも担持しており、第3の触媒担持導電体は一酸化炭素を吸着する一酸化炭素吸着触媒を少なくとも担持していることを特徴とする水素抽出装置。
- 前記水素酸化触媒がPtRu合金またはPtSn合金であり、前記一酸化炭素吸着触媒がPtであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素抽出装置。
- 第1の触媒担持導電体はさらに担持触媒としてPtを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の水素抽出装置。
