Claims (8)
- 純粋でない水素燃料を精製するための組立品(100)であって、
装置(108)を備え、装置(108)は、第一チャンバ(120)と第二チャンバ(122)とを含む筐体(118)と、固体電解質(124)と、一対の電極(126-1,126-2)と、前処理装置(106)と、バッファタンク(110)とを含み、
第一チャンバ(120)は一酸化炭素と第一濃度の水素ガスとを含む第一ガス混合物を受け入れるようになっており、第二チャンバ(122)は第二濃度の水素ガスを含む第二ガス混合物を受け入れるようになっており、
固体電解質(124)は筐体(118)内に配置されて、第一チャンバ(120)と第二チャンバ(122)とを隔てており、固体電解質(124)は一酸化炭素吸着触媒のコーティングを第一チャンバ(120)に面する表面上に含み、
一対の電極(126-1,126-2)はそれぞれ第一チャンバ(120)と第二チャンバ(122)に配置されており、固体電解質(124)を介して電位差を生成しており、
前処理装置(106)は第一チャンバ(120)の上流に設置されており、前処理装置(106)は第一ガス混合物の湿度を上げるようになっており、
バッファタンク(110)は装置(108)の下流に配置されており、第一チャンバ(120)と第二チャンバ(122)と流体連通しており、
バッファタンク(110)が、第一チャンバ(120)から第三濃度の水素を含む第三ガス混合物を受け入れるようになっており、かつ、第二チャンバ(122)から第二濃度の水素を含む第二ガス混合物を受け入れるようになっている組立品(100)。 - 請求項1に記載の組立品(100)であって、
第二濃度が第一濃度よりも高く、かつ、
第三濃度が第一濃度よりも高い組立品(100)。 - 請求項2に記載の組立品(100)であって、複数の弁(116)を備え、
複数の弁(116)のうち第一弁(116-1)が第一チャンバ(120)の上流に配置されており、
複数の弁(116)のうち第二弁(116-2)が第一チャンバ(120)の下流かつバッファタンク(110)の上流に配置されており、
複数の弁(116)のうち第三弁(116-3)が第二チャンバ(122)の下流かつバッファタンク(110)の上流に配置されており、
複数の弁(116)のうち第四弁(116-4)が第一チャンバ(120)の上流に配置されており、
複数の弁(116)のうち第五弁(116-5)がバッファタンク(110)の下流に配置されている組立品(100)。 - 請求項3に記載の組立品(100)であって、第四弁(116-4)が第一チャンバ(120)からの第四ガス混合物の排出を調節する組立品(100)。
- 請求項4に記載の組立品(100)であって、第三ガス混合物が第一チャンバ(120)内での一酸化炭素の吸着により形成され、第四ガス混合物が第一チャンバ(120)内での一酸化炭素の酸化によって形成される組立品(100)。
- 装置(108)であって、第一チャンバ(120)と第二チャンバ(122)とを含む筐体(118)と、固体電解質(124)と、一対の電極(126-1,126-2)とを備え、
第一チャンバ(120)は一酸化炭素と第一濃度の水素ガスとを含む第一ガス混合物を受け入れるようになっており、第二チャンバ(122)は第二濃度の水素を含む第二ガス混合物を受け入れるようになっており、
前処理装置(106)が第一チャンバ(120)の上流に設置されており、前処理装置(106)は第一ガス混合物の湿度を上げるようになっており、
固体電解質(124)は筐体(118)内に配置されて、第一チャンバ(120)と第二チャンバ(122)とを隔てており、固体電解質(124)は一酸化炭素吸着触媒のコーティングを第一チャンバ(120)に面する表面上に含み、
一対の電極(126-1,126-2)はそれぞれ第一チャンバ(120)と第二チャンバ(122)に配置されており、固体電解質(124)を介して電位差を生成している装置(108)。 - 方法であって、
ソースから前処理装置へと、純粋でない水素燃料を第一ガス混合物として受け入れるステップを備え、前処理装置は筐体(118)の第一チャンバ(120)の上流に設置されており、
前処理装置によって第一ガス混合物の湿度を上げるステップを備え、
第一濃度の水素と一酸化炭素とを含む第一ガス混合物を筐体(118)の第一チャンバ(120)によって受け入れ、かつ、第二濃度の水素を含む第二ガス混合物を筐体(118)の第二チャンバ(122)によって受け入れるステップを備え、
固体電解質(124)の表面上にコーティングされた一酸化炭素吸着触媒によって第一ガス混合物から一酸化炭素を吸着するステップを備え、固体電解質(124)が第一チャンバ(120)を第二チャンバ(122)から隔てており、
第三濃度の第三ガス混合物を第一チャンバ(120)からバッファタンク(110)へと排出するステップを備え、第三ガス混合物が、コーティングによって第一ガス混合物中の一酸化炭素を吸着することによって形成されており、
第一チャンバ(120)内のコーティングに吸着された一酸化炭素を脱着するステップを備え、
第一チャンバ(120)と第二チャンバ(122)内の一対の電極(126-1,126-2)によって固体電解質(124)を介して電位をかけて、第二チャンバ(122)内に水素を生成するステップを備える方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法であって、第二チャンバ(122)内に水素が生成された後に形成される第四ガス混合物を第一チャンバ(120)から排出するステップを備える方法。
