Description
感知対象物を吸着するための吸着層がその表面に形成され、感知対象物の吸着により固有振動数が変わる感知用の圧電振動子を含む複数の感知センサと、
前記複数の感知センサに夫々対応して設けられ、圧電振動子を発振させるための複数の感知用の発振回路と、
感知対象物が吸着されない参照用の圧電振動子を含む基準センサと、
前記参照用の圧電振動子を発振させるための参照用の発振回路と、
前記複数の感知用の発振回路及び前記参照用の発振回路に対して共通に設けられ、各発振回路の発振出力の周波数を測定するための測定部と、
前記複数の感知用の発振回路及び参照用の発振回路を順次前記測定部に切り替え接続して、各発振回路からの発振出力を前記測定部に時分割して取り込むためのスイッチ部と、
前記測定部にて得られた各発振回路の発振出力の周波数に基づいて、各感知センサにおける周波数と基準センサにおける周波数との差分の時系列データを作成するデータ作成手段と、を備え、
前記感知センサ及び基準センサは、液体が注入されて圧電振動子に接触するように構成される液体収容部を備え、
前記感知対象物は抗原であり、前記吸着層はこの抗原と抗原抗体反応を起こす抗体であり、前記基準センサに用いられる参照用の圧電振動子は、前記抗原抗体反応を起こさないたんぱく質が電極の表面に形成されている感知装置を用い、
複数の感知センサの液体収容部に夫々互いに異なる人体から採取した血液または血清を供給する工程と、
前記基準センサの液体収容部に、採取したいずれかの血液または血清を供給する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 圧電振動子の固有振動数の変化に基づいて血液または血清中の感知対象物を感知する感知方法において、
感知対象物を吸着するための吸着層がその表面に形成され、感知対象物の吸着により固有振動数が変わる感知用の圧電振動子を含む複数の感知センサと、
前記複数の感知センサに夫々対応して設けられ、圧電振動子を発振させるための複数の感知用の発振回路と、
感知対象物が吸着されない参照用の圧電振動子を含む基準センサと、
前記参照用の圧電振動子を発振させるための参照用の発振回路と、
前記複数の感知用の発振回路及び前記参照用の発振回路に対して共通に設けられ、各発振回路の発振出力の周波数を測定するための測定部と、
前記複数の感知用の発振回路及び参照用の発振回路を順次前記測定部に切り替え接続して、各発振回路からの発振出力を前記測定部に時分割して取り込むためのスイッチ部と、
前記測定部にて得られた各発振回路の発振出力の周波数に基づいて、各感知センサにおける周波数と基準センサにおける周波数との差分の時系列データを作成するデータ作成手段と、を備え、
前記感知センサ及び基準センサは、液体が注入されて圧電振動子に接触するように構成される液体収容部を備え、
前記感知対象物は抗原であり、前記吸着層はこの抗原と抗原抗体反応を起こす抗体であり、前記基準センサに用いられる参照用の圧電振動子は、前記抗原抗体反応を起こさないたんぱく質が電極の表面に形成されている感知装置を用い、
複数の感知センサの液体収容部に夫々互いに異なる人体から採取した血液または血清を供給する工程と、
前記基準センサの液体収容部に、採取したいずれかの血液または血清を供給する工程と、を含むことを特徴とする感知方法。 - 前記血液または血清は希釈液により希釈されて使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の感知方法。
