Claims (5)
- 燃料噴射組立体(80)であって、
入口、出口(118)及び計量エッジ(98)を備えた計量腔(108)を含む腔を画定するハウジング(82)と;
燃料が出口(118)を通って流動することを可能にする開位置と、燃料が出口(118)を通って流動するのを阻止する閉位置との間を移動可能であり、上部(81)及び直径が上部より大きい下部(87)を含むニードル弁(90)と;
ニードル弁(90)の上部(81)と下部(87)との間の圧力差を選択的に制御することによってニードル弁(90)の移動を制御する弁(40)と;
ニードル弁(90)に装着され、計量腔(108)の計量エッジ(98)と選択的にオーバーラップ(116)する計量ランド(96)を有し、計量ランド(96)の上面と下面との間にニードル弁(90)を閉位置に向かって偏倚させる所要の圧力差を発生させる流路を計量エッジ(98)と計量ランド(96)との間に選択的に画定する計量スリーブ(94)と;
計量スリーブ(94)の下方に配置され、計量スリーブを計量腔(108)の計量エッジ(98)と整列させるためのスペーサ(112)とから成る燃料噴射組立体(80)。 - 計量スリーブ(94)が計量スリーブを計量腔(108)と環状に整合させるためのガイド(95)を含む請求項1に記載の燃料噴射組立体。
- ニードル弁(90)を閉位置に向かって偏倚させる偏倚部材(102)を含む請求項1または2に記載の燃料噴射組立体。
- 計量スリーブ(94)上に支持されて偏倚部材(102)の一端を支持する別のスペーサ(100)を含む請求項1、2または3に記載の燃料噴射組立体。
- 弁(40)が圧電弁である請求項1、2、3または4に記載の燃料噴射組立体。
