Claims (1)
- αアルミナ層でボディを被覆する方法であって、
前記ボディを、一つまたは複数のアルミニウムのハロゲン化物を含む水素キャリアガスと、加水分解剤及び酸化剤のいずれか1種とに950〜1000℃で接触させ、
Al2O3の核生成以前に、化学蒸着反応器の雰囲気の酸化ポテンシャルを、H2Oまたは別の酸化種の合計濃度を5ppm以下の低いレベルに保持し、
次のガスAlCl3、HCl及びCO2を前記反応器のチャンバに導入することによって、Al2O3の成長を開始させ、且つ20〜60分後に硫黄ドーパント好ましくはH2Sを添加するαアルミナ層でボディを被覆する方法において、
前記成長の際に、CO2、AlCl3、HCl及び硫黄ドーパントを、10〜15分の間隔で繰り返し停止し、且つTiCl4を1〜10%の濃度で1〜10分反応器に導入し、その後前記のAlCl3、HCl、CO2及び硫黄ドーパントによって置き換える、
αアルミナ層でボディを被覆する方法。
