第6パルスを有する第2信号を第1期間だけシフトしながら順次生成する第1シフトレジスタと;上記第2信号と,上記第2信号が上記第1期間だけシフトされた信号とが共通に第6パルスである期間に上記第1パルスを有する選択信号を出力する第1回路部と;を含むとしても良い。

Claims (9)
- 画像を表すデータ信号を伝達する複数のデータ線と,選択信号を伝達する複数の選択走査線と,第1および第2発光制御信号を伝達する複数の第1および第2発光制御線とがそれぞれ連結され,第1および第2発光素子をそれぞれ有する複数の画素を含む表示部と;
第1フィールドおよび第2フィールドのそれぞれにおいて,第1パルスを有する選択信号を第1期間だけシフトしながら順次出力する選択信号駆動部と;
前記第1フィールドおよび前記第2フィールドのそれぞれにおいて,前記選択信号の前記第1パルスから,前記第1パルスより幅が小さい第2パルスを有する第1信号を生成し,前記第1フィールドのうちに,前記第2パルスに対応する第3パルスと,前記第3パルスから所定期間遅延した第4パルスとを有する第1発光制御信号を,第1期間だけシフトしながら順次出力し,前記第2フィールドのうちに,前記第3パルスと,前記第3パルスから所定期間遅延した第5パルスとを有する第2発光制御信号を,前記第1期間だけシフトしながら順次出力する発光制御信号駆動部と;
を含み,
前記複数の画素のそれぞれは,
第1選択信号の第1レベルに応じてターンオンされ,前記データ信号を伝達する第1トランジスタと;
前記第1トランジスタにより伝達された前記データ信号に対応する電圧を貯蔵する第1キャパシタと;
第2選択信号の第1レベルに応じて前記第1キャパシタに並列に連結される第2トランジスタと;
前記第1キャパシタに貯蔵された電圧に対応する電流を出力する第3トランジスタと;
前記第3トランジスタのスレショルド電圧に相当する電圧が貯蔵される第2キャパシタと;
前記第2選択信号の第1レベルに応じて前記第3トランジスタをダイオード形態に連結する第4トランジスタと;
前記電流に応じて第1および第2色相に発光する第1および第2発光素子と;
第1および第2発光制御信号の第2レベルに応じてターンオンされて,前記電流を選択的に前記第1および第2発光素子に伝達する第1および第2スイッチング素子と;
を含むことを特徴とする,発光表示装置。 - 前記第1フィールドにおいて,前記第1選択信号の第1パルスが印加される間,前記データ線には前記第1発光素子に対応するデータ信号が伝達され,
前記第2フィールドにおいて,前記第1選択信号の第1パルスが印加される間,前記データ線には前記第2発光素子に対応するデータ信号が伝達されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記選択信号駆動部は,
ハイレベルを有する第2信号を第1期間だけシフトしながら順次生成する第1シフトレジスタと;
イネーブル信号をさらに受信し,前記第2信号,前記第2信号が前記第1期間だけシフトされた信号,および,イネーブル信号が共通にハイレベルである期間に前記第1パルスを有する選択信号を出力する第1回路部と;
を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記発光制御信号駆動部は,
前記第1フィールドおよび前記第2フィールドの間に,第7パルスと前記第7パルスに対して反転されたレベルの第8パルスを交互に有する第3信号を前記第1期間だけシフトしながら順次生成して出力する第2シフトレジスタと;
前記選択信号の前記第1パルスの一部を分割して前記第1信号の前記第2パルスとして出力する第2回路部と;
前記第1信号の第2パルス,前記第3信号,および,前記第3信号が前記第1期間だけシフトされた信号を用いて前記第1および第2発光制御信号を生成して出力する第3回路部と;
を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記第2回路部は,前記第1期間の2倍に相当する周期を有する第1クロック信号と前記選択信号とが共通に前記第1パルスになる期間に,前記第2パルスを出力することを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第1クロック信号は,前記第2シフトレジスタに入力される第2クロック信号が所定期間シフトした信号であることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第3回路部は,
前記第3信号と,前記第3信号が前記第1期間だけシフトされた信号が,共に第7パルスになる期間に前記第4パルスを生成し,前記第4パルスと前記第1フィールドの前記第2パルスとから前記第1発光制御信号を出力し,
前記第3信号と,前記第3信号が前記第1期間だけシフトされた信号が,共に第8パルスになる期間に前記第5パルスを生成し,前記第5パルスと前記第2フィールドの前記第3パルスとから前記第2発光制御信号を出力することを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の発光表示装置。 - 前記第3信号の第7パルスが印加される期間は前記第1フィールドと同一の期間であることを特徴とする,請求項4に記載の発光表示装置。
- 前記第1および第2発光制御信号の第3パルスは,前記選択信号が前記第1期間だけシフトされる前の信号の第1パルスが印加される間に印加されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の発光表示装置。
