Description
ア性などの物性が優れ、また開封後のデッドホールド性(形状保持性)に優れているので開封した蓋材をそのまま開封状態に保持する必要がある機能を求められる用途には最適な蓋材である。
リアクリロニトリル系合成繊維、ポリアミド系合成繊維、ポリ塩化ビニル系合成繊維、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系合成繊維、ポリウレタン系合成繊維などを混抄した、いわゆる樹脂繊維混抄紙と呼ばれるものがある。

Claims (6)
- 少なくとも紙層を有する表基材層と、プラスチックフィルム層とを積層した積層体からなり、該プラスチックフィルム層が容器本体のフランジ部にシールされる、該フランジ部と略同形で、外周縁に開封用プルタブを有する蓋材であって、前記紙層は、繊維の直径が0.05mmφ以上2.0mmφ以下であり繊維長が3.0mm以上6.0mm以下のデッドホールド性を有する線状樹脂繊維が混抄されていることを特徴とする開封状態保持機能付き蓋材。
- 前記線状樹脂繊維がMD方向に配向して混抄されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の開封状態保持機能付き蓋材。
- 前記線状樹脂繊維の配合率が3.0〜10.0wt.%の範囲内であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の開封状態保持機能付き蓋材。
- 前記表基材層が、少なくとも該紙層の片面に保護フィルム層が積層された積層体からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の開封状態保持機能付き蓋材。
- 前記プラスチックフィルム層が、中間基材層と、シーラント層とを積層した積層体からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項記載の開封状態保持機能付き蓋材。
- 前記中間基材層が、熱可塑性樹脂層とバリアフィルム層とを積層した積層体からなることを特徴とする請求項5記載の開封状態保持機能付き蓋材。
