Claims (15)
- 行列状に配列される複数の画素と、
少なくとも2つ以上の行に配列された前記画素に同一のゲート信号を印加し、互いに連結されている複数のゲート線と、
前記ゲート線と交差して形成されており、前記画素を通過するデータ線と、
前記ゲート線と前記データ線との交点に形成される薄膜トランジスタと、
前記画素に少なくとも2つ以上の互いに異なる光を1フレーム周期で順次に供給する光源部と、を含み、
各画素は前記薄膜トランジスタに連結されている画素電極を含み、前記データ線は前記画素電極と部分的に重なり、
前記画素は、前記データ線を間に置いて分離された前記画素電極を連結するための少なくとも一つ以上のブリッジ電極をさらに含むことを特徴とするディスプレイ装置。 - 前記同一のゲート信号の印加を受ける画素行の数は三つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 一つの前記画素には複数のデータ線が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記データ線は、前記画素に同一のゲート信号の印加を受ける前記画素の数だけ備えられることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 同一のゲート信号が印加される前記データ線の延長方向に隣接した前記画素のうちの少なくとも一つは、互いに異なるデータ線に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 同一のゲート信号が印加される前記データ線の延長方向に隣接した前記画素は、互いに異なるデータ線に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記画素のうちの少なくとも一部の前記画素は、複数の前記薄膜トランジスタを含むことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタは同一の前記データ線に連結されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタは2つであることを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記薄膜トランジスタは前記データ線に対して対称的に備えられることを特徴とする請求項7から9のいずれかに記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記ゲート線は、前記画素電極と重ならないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記データ線と前記画素との間に形成される有機膜をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 前記光は三色光であり、前記三色光は、赤色、緑色及び青色を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のディスプレイ装置。
- 一つの前記画素には前記ゲート線の延長方向に第1乃至第3データ線が備えられ、
前記データ線の延長方向に隣接した前記画素は、前記第1乃至第3データ線に順次に連結されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のディスプレイ装置。 - 前記データ線にデータ信号を印加するデータドライバと、前記データドライバを制御する制御部とをさらに含み、
前記制御部は、前記ゲート線の延長方向に隣接するように配列された前記データ線に、相異なる極性の前記データ信号を印加するように前記データドライバを制御することを特徴とする請求項14に記載のディスプレイ装置。
