Claims (4)
- 超音波振動を発生させる圧電素子と、前記圧電素子と接続され、先端に処置部が設けられたホーンとを有する超音波振動子ユニットを備え、内視鏡の内部に長手方向に形成されたチャンネル内に挿入され、体腔内に挿通した前記内視鏡の先端から前記処置部を突出させ、体腔内の所望位置に超音波処置を施す超音波処置具であって、
前記超音波振動子ユニットを、超音波振動の節位置において前記圧電素子から前記処置部に沿った方向に直交する一つの軸の周りに回動自在に支持する支持部材と、
前記超音波振動子ユニットを回動操作する操作部が一端に設けられたシース内に配策されると共に、前記操作部および前記超音波振動子ユニットに連結され、前記操作部の操作に応じて前記超音波振動子ユニットを前記一つの軸の周りに回動操作する操作ワイヤと、
前記操作部に設けられ、前記超音波振動ユニットを前記一つの軸周りの所望の回動位置に保持する固定手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする超音波処置具。 - 前記操作ワイヤは、各端部が前記節位置であって、かつ、前記一つの軸とは異なる外周位置で前記超音波振動子ユニットにそれぞれ連結されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記支持部材は、前記シースの他端に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の超音波処置具。
- 前記支持部材は、前記超音波振動子ユニットの後部に配置される円筒部と、前記円筒部から延出させて前記超音波振動子ユニットの両側に設けられる支持アームと、前記円筒部に設けられ、前記操作ワイヤを前記超音波振動子ユニットの直径よりも小さく、前記支持アームの幅よりも大きく保持して案内する2組のワイヤガイドを有することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の超音波処置具。
