Claims (4)
- ガスタービンエンジンの圧縮機ブレードである加工物(98)に金属加工作業を行うためのモジュール式ツーリング装置(10)であって、
(a)金属加工機械のテーブル(8)に固定される基部(20)であって、位置決め部(33)を持つポケット(30)を有する取付面を含む基部(20)と、
(b)位置決め部(53)とその表面上の加工物支持部(71)とを含む、前記ポケット(30)に挿入されて下部(56)が前記ポケットの位置決め部(33)に係合する、取り外し可能な挿入体(50)と、
を備え、
前記挿入体(50)は、該挿入体上の前記下部(56)と前記ポケットとの係合から一方向のみに取り外されることができ、
(c)前記位置決め部(33)及び挿入体(50)は、それぞれ位置決め点(31、51)を有し、
(d)前記モジュール式ツーリング装置(10)は、さらに、
前記挿入体を、前記挿入体が前記位置決め部(33)に固定され該位置決め部(33)の位置決め点(31)に前記挿入体の位置決め点(51)が係合し前記基部に対して前記加工物支持部(71)の位置を定める第1の状態と、前記挿入の少なくとも一部が前記ポケットから取り出された第2の状態と、のいずれかの状態となることを可能とする、挿入体固定部(90)と、
を備えることを特徴とするモジュール式ツーリング装置(10)。 - 前記挿入体(50)が、前記ポケットの開口部(36)内に摺動することによって該ポケットと係合するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のモジュール式ツーリング装置(10)。
- 前記挿入体は、
該挿入体を前記ポケット(30)と一方向だけに係合させるポケット配向部(58)と、
前記加工物(98)を前記挿入体の加工物支持部(71)と一方向だけに係合させる加工物配向部(106)と、
を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のモジュール式ツーリング装置(10)。 - 前記ポケットの位置決め部(33)は、該ポケットの床面、側壁、及び後壁により定められ、
前記挿入体の位置決め部(53)は、床部、側壁、及び後壁により定められると共に、該挿入体の下部に設けられており、
前記挿入体固定部(90)は、固定部本体(92)と、該固定部本体の壁から該壁に沿って遠ざかるように延びる細長い付勢部材(93)とを含み、前記第1の状態において、該付勢部材(93)は、前記挿入体によって前記固定部本体(92)に向けて撓むように押し付けられ、これにより、前記挿入体を固定する
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のモジュール式ツーリング装置(10)。
