Description
厚さが0.8mmであるGA鋼板を100×150mmに切断して脱脂し、バーコーター3番を利用して下記の表1の組成で配合されたコーティング組成物(被膜形成組成物)を下記の表1の付着量でGA鋼板の一面にコーティングし、50℃で乾燥してリン酸塩被膜を形成して試片を製造した。
厚さが0.8mmであるGA鋼板を100×150mmに切断して脱脂し、バーコーター3番を利用して下記の表2の組成で配合されたコーティング組成物(被膜形成組成物)を下記の表2の付着量でGA鋼板の一面にコーティングし、50℃で乾燥してリン酸塩被膜を形成して試片を製造した。
Claims (10)
- 亜鉛めっき鋼板又は亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板用のコーティング組成物であって、前記コーティング組成物は、次亜リン酸:1〜30重量%、マンガン:0.1〜10重量%、ポリ酢酸ビニール(PVA)、ポリビニールアルコール(PVAL)、ポリビニールブチラール(PVB)、ポリビニールホルマール(PVF)、及びポリビニルエーテル(PVE)からなるグループから選択された1種又は2種以上であるポリビニール化合物:0.01〜5重量%、酸化亜鉛、及び残部:水を含み、前記酸化亜鉛は、前記コーティング組成物50mlを0.1NのNaOHで中和滴定する場合、中和滴定に消費されるNaOHの量が10.0ml以下になる量で含まれ、前記コーティング組成物中の遊離酸の含有量は、前記コーティング組成物50mlを0.1NのNaOHで中和滴定する場合、中和滴定に消費されるNaOHの量が10.0ml以下になる量に制御される、コーティング組成物。
- 前記コーティング組成物に対して、20重量%以下のアルコールをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記アルコールの含有量が3.0〜20重量%である、請求項2に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記アルコールの含有量が5.0〜10重量%である、請求項2に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記次亜リン酸の含有量が5〜15重量%、前記マンガンの含有量が0.1〜1重量%、及び前記ポリビニール化合物の含有量が0.05〜0.5重量%である、請求項1乃至4のうちの何れか1項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記次亜リン酸の含有量が5〜10重量%、前記マンガンの含有量が0.1〜0.5重量%、及び前記ポリビニール化合物の含有量が0.05〜0.1重量%である、請求項5に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記遊離酸の含有量は、前記コーティング組成物50mlを0.1NのNaOHで中和滴定する場合に、中和滴定に消費されるNaOHの量が8.3〜8.8mlになる量に制御される、請求項1乃至6のうちの何れか1項に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 亜鉛めっき鋼板または亜鉛系合金めっき鋼板であるめっき鋼板であって、請求項1乃至7のうちの何れか1項に記載のコーティング組成物により形成された被膜を有し、前記被膜の片面当たりの乾燥被膜付着量が100〜2000mg/m2である、めっき鋼板。
- 前記めっき鋼板が溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板、電気亜鉛めっき鋼板、亜鉛系合金電気めっき鋼板及び合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板からなるグループから選択された1種である、請求項8に記載のめっき鋼板。
- 前記めっき鋼板が合金化溶融亜鉛めっき鋼板である、請求項9に記載のめっき鋼板。
