Claims (18)
- バルブ本体と、
前記バルブ本体内に枢動可能に設けられ、該バルブ本体を通る流量を制御するディスクと、
前記ディスクに設けられ、該ディスクが閉位置にある時に、前記バルブ本体内に設けられたバルブ・シールに接触して前記バルブ本体内をシールするシール面と、
前記シール面に設けられ、前記ディスクの前記閉位置から開位置への枢動に伴って前記シール面と前記バルブ・シールとの間に流体開口を生成する成形エッジと、
を含み、
前記バルブ本体の内径を前記ディスクの周辺領域で減少させ、前記ディスクが近接して枢動できるように、前記バルブ本体の内壁が湾曲された凹面とされており、
前記成形エッジが、前記ディスクが前記閉位置から前記開位置へ向かって前記バルブ・シールを通過するにつれて、該成形エッジが前記バルブ・シールから徐々に離間するように湾曲された輪郭を有し、
前記成形エッジの輪郭及び前記成形エッジの前記シール面に対する位置によって前記ディスクの所定位置における前記流体開口の大きさが画定され、該流体開口を通る流体の特性が定められる、
バルブ。 - 前記ディスクが、前記ディスクの枢動点を通る中心軸からはずれて配置される、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 動トルク減少のために、前記ディスクの上流側に沿って形成されたくぼみをさらに含む、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記くぼみが略凹曲面及び鉛直軸に対して傾いた傾斜面の少なくとも1つを含む、請求項3に記載のバルブ。
- バタフライ・バルブである、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 動トルク逆転を妨げるために、前記ディスクの平面の大部分が前記ディスクの残りの平面から角度的にはずれている、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記ディスクの断面厚さが、前記ディスクの前縁における前記ディスクの断面厚さよりも、前記ディスクの後縁において、相対的に小さい、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記成形エッジが前記ディスクの少なくとも下流側の一部に沿って配置された、請求項1に記載のバルブ。
- 前記成形エッジが前記ディスクの前縁の近傍に配置された、請求項8に記載のバルブ。
- 内壁に囲まれた流路を有するバルブ本体と、
前記バルブ本体内に枢動可能に設けられ、前記流路を通る流量を制御するディスクと、
前記ディスクに設けられ、該ディスクが閉位置にある時に、前記バルブ本体内に設けられたバルブ・シールに接触して前記流路をシールするシール面と、
前記シール面に設けられ、前記ディスクの閉位置から開位置への枢動に伴って前記シール面と前記バルブ・シールとの間に流体開口を生成する成形エッジと、
を含み、
前記ディスクが、前記バルブ本体の内壁に沿って該ディスクの枢動点を通る鉛直軸から離れる方向へ枢動し、
前記バルブ本体の内径を前記鉛直軸の両側で減少させ、前記ディスクが近接して枢動できるように、前記バルブ本体の内壁が湾曲された凹面とされており、
前記成形エッジが、前記ディスクが前記閉位置から前記開位置へ向かって前記バルブ・シールを通過するにつれて、該成形エッジが前記バルブ・シールから徐々に離間するように湾曲された輪郭を有し、
前記成形エッジの輪郭及び前記成形エッジの前記シール面に対する位置によって前記ディスクの所定位置における前記流体開口の大きさが画定され、該流体開口を通る流体の特性が定められる、
