Description
図1に示した各層について簡略に説明する。
塩化ビニル樹脂層はPVC樹脂、可塑剤、フィラー(Filler)、安定剤などで組成され、厚さ1.0ないし5.0mmまで製造した。
1) プライマー処理UV塗装層21の製造
表面保護及び高級感の付与のためのUV塗装を6ないし10回処理して製造し、アミノ系樹脂で含浸された低坪量紙層22にアクリル系プライマーを処理した後UV塗装を施した。この際、アクリル系プライマーとUV塗料は無溶剤タイプを使った。
樹脂含浸低秤量紙層22は坪量25ないし50g/m2の薄葉紙にグラビア印刷器を用いて2ないし5回印刷を施してから、尿素メラミン樹脂及びメラミン樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ウレタン樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂などでそれぞれ含浸させた後、90ないし150℃のオーブンで10ないし60m/minの間乾燥及び半硬化させて製造した。
ベニアは天然木をロータリレース、スライサーを用いて0.3ないし8mm厚さで切削して使用するが、必要に応じて取り扱う時木目方向の割れを防止するためにテープで両面テーピングを施して保管し、寸法安定性を高め屈曲発生を最小化するために含水率10%内に乾燥させて製造した。
樹脂含浸薄葉紙層22の下面にメラミンなどの樹脂をコーティングし補強層23を配置した後、プレスで110ないし170℃の温度で20、40、60、80、100、120、150kg/cm2の圧力で15、20、25、30分間加熱及び加圧した後、同じ圧力下で同時に25分間冷却して一体化した。
基材層10の上部に熱硬化型メラミン樹脂の場合、塗布量を150g/m2で塗布して接着剤層40を形成し、熱硬化または常温硬化型ウレタンまたはエポキシ樹脂の場合塗布量を200g/m2で塗布して接着剤層40を形成された後、その上部に印刷木質単板層20を配して熱硬化型の場合8ないし12kgf/cm2の圧力で2ないし5分熱圧した後硬化させ、常温硬化型の場合10kgf/cm2の圧力下で2時間圧着し、80℃で2時間乾燥させて接着を完了した。

Claims (7)
- 下から裏面に溝加工された基材層、接着剤層、印刷木質単板層よりなり、前記印刷木質単板層は下から補強層、樹脂含浸低秤量紙層、プライマー処理UV塗装層よりなる強化オンドル床であって、
前記樹脂含浸低坪量紙層は25ないし50g/m 2 坪量の薄葉紙に印刷した後、尿素樹脂、尿素メラミン樹脂、メラミン樹脂、フェノール樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリビニルアセテート樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール樹脂、ウレタン樹脂の中から選ばれる1種の樹脂で含浸させたものであり、かつ
前記プライマー処理UV塗装層は樹脂含浸低秤量紙層の上部にアクリル系プライマーをコーティングした後UV塗装処理したものであることを特徴とする、強化オンドル床。 - 前記補強層と樹脂含浸低坪量紙層との間に尿素樹脂、尿素メラミン樹脂、メラミン樹脂、フェノール樹脂、アクリル樹脂、ポリエステル樹脂、不飽和ポリエステル樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、ポリビニルアセテート樹脂、ポリビニルアルコール樹脂、ウレタン樹脂の中から選ばれる1種の樹脂をコーティングした後高圧プレスによる圧密化作業で一体化したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化オンドル床。
- 前記アクリル系プライマーとUV塗装塗料は無溶剤タイプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化オンドル床。
- 前記補強層はベニア、遮蔽紙、HDF、クラフト紙の中から選ばれる1種以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化オンドル床。
- 前記補強層と樹脂含浸低秤量紙層は厚みによって多数枚を積層して使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化オンドル床。
- (a)基材層と印刷木質単板層との間、(b)基材層の下部の中から選ばれる一つ以上の位置に防音機能層をさらに積層したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化オンドル床。
- 前記基材層は塩化ビニル樹脂層、HDF、ストランドボード(OSB)、耐水合板の中から選ばれる1種であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の強化オンドル床。
