本发明公开了一种MSPC浸渍纸地板及制备方法,依次包括耐磨纸层、浸渍装饰纸层、MSPC材料层、SPC基材层、MSPC材料层与平衡纸层,其中,MSPC材料层的制备方法为浸渍装饰纸层与平衡纸层分别浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在浸渍装饰纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,在平衡纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层。本发明提供了耐划性好,耐磨性好,耐香烟灼烧的MSPC浸渍纸地板;将强化地板表面的优越性能与SPC基材相结合,达到瓷砖的综合性能,使得MSPC浸渍纸地板可替代瓷砖,大理石,实木等名贵材质,降低了原材料成本,贴合后达到耐水煮100℃2小时或90℃4小时,无鼓泡,开裂,分层的问题。

技术领域
本发明属于地板领域,涉及一种SPC地板,尤其涉及一种耐磨性好,耐香烟灼烧,节能减排,降低原材料成本及加工成本的MSPC浸渍纸地板及制备方法。
背景技术
地板,即房屋地面或楼面的表面层。由木料或其他材料做成。地板的分类有很多,按结构分类有:实木地板、强化复合木地板、三层实木复合地板、竹木地板、防腐地板、软木地板以及最流行的多层实木复合地板等;按用途分类有:家用,商业用,防静电地板,户外地板,舞台舞蹈专用地板,运动馆场内专用地板,田径专用地板等;按环保等级分类有:E0级地板、E1级地板、F4级别地板,JAS星级标准的F4星地板等等。
SPC地板是一种新型地板,又称石塑地板,其基材由石粉与热塑高分子材料在搅拌均匀后再经高温挤压制成的复合板材,同时兼有木材与塑料的性能与特征,确保地板的强度与韧性。SPC地板主要以钙粉为原材料,经过塑化挤出片材,由SPC高分子基材层、PUR晶盾透明层、耐磨层、彩膜装饰层、柔软静音的回弹层构成。
虽然SPC地板的性价比较大理石地板、瓷砖地板以及实木地板更高,但是SPC地板也存在着表面物理性能的缺陷,例如耐划,耐磨,耐香烟灼烧等性能缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有SPC地板耐划,耐磨,耐香烟灼烧等性能缺陷而提供一种MSPC浸渍纸地板,本发明将聚氯乙烯优越的基材与三聚氰胺浸渍纸相结合,得到耐磨性好,耐香烟灼烧的MSPC浸渍纸地板。
本发明还提供了MSPC浸渍纸地板的制备方法,节能减排,降低原材料成本及加工成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种MSPC浸渍纸地板,所述MSPC浸渍纸地板依次包括耐磨纸层、浸渍装饰纸层、MSPC材料层、SPC基材层、MSPC材料层与平衡纸层,其中,所述MSPC材料层的制备方法为浸渍装饰纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在浸渍装饰纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层以及平衡纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在平衡纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,胶水的总涂布量为115-120g/m2
作为本发明的一种优选方案,第一胶水的涂布量占总涂布量的55-60%,第二胶水的涂布量占总涂布量的40-45%。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述第一胶水按重量份计包括:尿素28-35份,甲醛60-65份与助剂A 5-7份。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述第二胶水按重量份计包括:三聚氰胺30-45份,甲醛40-52份,水7-15份与助剂B 3-8份。
一种MSPC浸渍纸地板的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将浸渍装饰纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在浸渍装饰纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层;
2)平衡纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在平衡纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层;
3)依次将耐磨纸层,步骤1)得到的涂布了热压贴合树脂的浸渍装饰纸层,SPC基材层与步骤2)得到的涂布了热压贴合树脂的平衡纸层进行压板工艺,得到MSPC浸渍纸地板。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤1)与步骤2)中,热压贴合树脂的涂布量为12-18g/m2
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤1)与步骤2)中,热压贴合树脂的涂布量为15g/m2
作为本发明的一种优选方案,步骤2)中,所述压板工艺的参数为:压板温度145-150℃,压板时间30-35min,压机压力:70-80MPa,冷却时间15-20min,冷却压力60-70MPa。

本发明中,所用的耐磨纸层、浸渍装饰纸层、SPC基材层与平衡纸层,均为现有常规材料,热压贴合树脂的型号为ESA-8180A,本发明中第一胶水,第二胶水的原料均可从市场购得,本发明中制备方法所用设备为现有压板工艺所用的设备。
本发明的MSPC浸渍纸地板依次包括耐磨纸层、浸渍装饰纸层、MSPC材料层、SPC基材层、MSPC材料层与平衡纸层,MSPC材料层的制备方法为浸渍装饰纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在浸渍装饰纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层以及平衡纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在平衡纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层。
胶水的总涂布量为115-120g/m2,胶水的粘度:12.5-13.0S(采用涂4杯测得的粘度值)。第一胶水的涂布量占总涂布量的55-60%,第二胶水的涂布量占总涂布量的40-45%。

本实施例提供了MSPC浸渍纸地板的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:

3)依次将耐磨纸层,步骤1)得到的涂布了热压贴合树脂ESA-8180A的浸渍装饰纸层,SPC基材层与步骤2)得到的涂布了热压贴合树脂ESA-8180A的平衡纸层进行压板工艺,得到MSPC浸渍纸地板;其中,压板工艺的参数为:压板温度145-150℃,压板时间30-35min,压机压力:70-80MPa,冷却时间15-20min,冷却压力60-70MPa。
对比例1,与实施例1相同,唯一不同的是步骤1)中热压贴合树脂的涂布量为8g/m2
对比例2,与实施例2相同,唯一不同的是步骤1)中热压贴合树脂的涂布量为25g/m2
对比例3,与实施例3相同,唯一不同的是步骤1)中热压贴合树脂的涂布量为30g/m2
将实施例1-3制得的MSPC浸渍纸地板与对比例1-3制得的MSPC浸渍纸地板进行水煮测试(100℃,2h),贴合强度测试,甲醛释放量测试,耐磨性测试,防火等级测试与耐香烟灼烧,结果见表1。

由表1可见,虽然本发明的MSPC浸渍纸地板略有甲醛释放,但是释放量少,容易去除,但是其耐磨性能与耐香烟灼烧性能比市售的SPC地板要好。
随着热压贴合树脂涂布量的增加,需要改变压板工艺参数,若仍采用本发明的压板工艺,会产生较多瑕疵品,从而增加成本;并且,实施例1-3制得的MSPC浸渍纸地板的水煮测试(100℃,2h),贴合强度测试均要优于对比例1-3制得的MSPC浸渍纸地板,说明本发明中热压贴合树脂的涂布量为12-18g/m2更好。
本发明解决了SPC地板表面耐划、耐磨及公共场所耐香烟灼烧性能缺陷,提供了耐划性好,耐磨性好,耐香烟灼烧的MSPC浸渍纸地板;本发明将强化地板表面的优越性能与SPC基材相结合,达到瓷砖的综合性能,使得MSPC浸渍纸地板可替代瓷砖,大理石,实木等名贵材质,降低了原材料成本。

Claims (10)

1.一种MSPC浸渍纸地板,其特征在于,所述MSPC浸渍纸地板依次包括耐磨纸层、浸渍装饰纸层、MSPC材料层、SPC基材层、MSPC材料层与平衡纸层,其中,所述MSPC材料层的制备方法为浸渍装饰纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在浸渍装饰纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层以及平衡纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在平衡纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种MSPC浸渍纸地板,其特征在于,胶水的总涂布量为115-120g/㎡。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种MSPC浸渍纸地板,其特征在于,第一胶水的涂布量占总涂布量的55-60%,第二胶水的涂布量占总涂布量的40-45%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种MSPC浸渍纸地板,其特征在于,所述第一胶水按重量份计包括:尿素28-35份,甲醛60-65份与助剂A 5-7份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种MSPC浸渍纸地板,其特征在于,所述第二胶水按重量份计包括:三聚氰胺30-45份,甲醛40-52份,水7-15份与助剂B 3-8份。
6.一种如权利要求1-5任一项所述的MSPC浸渍纸地板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将浸渍装饰纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在浸渍装饰纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层;
2)平衡纸层浸入第一胶水与第二胶水,然后在平衡纸层与SPC基材层相对的表面涂布热压贴合树脂,得到MSPC材料层;
3)依次将耐磨纸层,步骤1)得到的涂布了热压贴合树脂的浸渍装饰纸层,SPC基材层与步骤2)得到的涂布了热压贴合树脂的平衡纸层进行压板工艺,得到MSPC浸渍纸地板。
7.根据权利要求6所述的MSPC浸渍纸地板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)中与步骤2)中,热压贴合树脂的涂布量为12-18g/㎡。
8.根据权利要求7所述的MSPC浸渍纸地板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1)与步骤2)中,热压贴合树脂的涂布量为15g/㎡。
9.根据权利要求6所述的MSPC浸渍纸地板的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2)中,所述压板工艺的参数为:压板温度145-150℃,压板时间30-35min,压机压力:70-80MPa,冷却时间15-20min,冷却压力60-70MPa。
10.根据权利要求6所述的MSPC浸渍纸地板的制备方法,其特征在于,涂布了热压贴合树脂的浸渍装饰纸层的克重为202-205g/㎡。
