Description
図1は,本発明の第1の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールの構成を示した概略的な側断面図である。図2は,本実施形態にかかるPTCヒーターを示した斜視図である。
図3は,本発明の第2の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールを示した側断面図である。図4は,本実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールを示した平断面図である。
図5は,本発明の第3の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールの一部を示した平断面図である。本実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールは,第2の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールとその基本構成を同一にしながら,PTCヒーター27を単位電池11”に接触させて隔壁15”の凹部150”内に配置させるとき,隔壁15”との間に間隔を置かずに密着させた状態を維持するように構成される。
図6は,本発明の第4の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールの一部を示した平断面図である。図6に示すように,本実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールは,上述した第2の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールとその基本構成を同一にしている。ただし,本実施形態では,PTCヒーターの装着位置が上述した実施形態と異なる。
図7は,本発明の第5の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールの一部を示した平断面図である。図7に示すように,本実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールは,上述した第2の実施形態にかかる二次電池モジュールとその基本構成を同一にしている。ただし,本実施形態では,PTCヒーターの装着位置が上述した実施形態と異なる。

Claims (12)
- 複数の単位電池と;
相隣接する前記単位電池の間に配置される隔壁と;
前記単位電池および前記隔壁が内蔵され,熱伝達媒体が流出入する流入口および排出口が形成されるハウジングと;
前記隔壁と前記単位電池との間に設けられるPTCヒーターと;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池モジュール。 - 前記PTCヒーターは,前記単位電池に接触して設けられることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記PTCヒーターは,前記隔壁に接触して設けられることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記PTCヒーターは,熱伝達媒体流動用貫通孔を含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールは,自動車に設けられ,
前記PTCヒーターは,前記自動車内に設けられる鉛蓄電池あるいは発電機から電源供給を受けることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記ハウジング内に設置され,前記単位電池の温度を検出する温度センサをさらに含むことを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記温度センサから前記単位電池温度情報の伝達を受けて,前記PTCヒーターの作動を調節する電池マネジメントシステムをさらに含むことを特徴とする,請求項6に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 複数の単位電池と;
前記単位電池が内蔵されるハウジングと;
前記ハウジングの外面に設けられる熱伝導性部材と;
前記熱伝導性部材に設けられるPTCヒーターと;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池モジュール。 - 前記単位電池は,前記PTCヒーターに近接して配置されることを特徴とする,請求項8に記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記二次電池モジュールは,自動車に設けられ,
前記PTCヒーターは,前記自動車内に設けられる鉛蓄電池あるいは発電機から電源供給を受けることを特徴とする,請求項8または9に記載の二次電池モジュール。 - 前記ハウジング内に設置され,前記単位電池の温度を検出する温度センサをさらに含むことを特徴とする,請求項8〜10のいずれかに記載の二次電池モジュール。
- 前記温度センサから前記単位電池温度情報の伝達を受けて,前記PTCヒーターの作動を調節する電池マネジメントシステムをさらに含むことを特徴とする,請求項11に記載の二次電池モジュール。
