Description
この欠点は、互いに接続されるプリント回路基板間で、接続ピンの軸方向でもその横方向でもたとえわずかでも相対的な動きが生じると、中心導体の接続ピンと雌カプラの中心導体部材との間の接触領域に望ましくない変化が起こることが原因である。このことはひいては所定のエアギャップで予め定められた界磁抵抗の望ましくない変化の原因となり、電気伝送の質に明らかな悪影響を及ぼす。
このことに加えて、この種の同軸プラグソケットコネクタの製造は、必ずコネクタで満たさなければならない一定の公差があり、それが製造コストに跳ね返るために、時間とお金の面で比較的高い出費を伴う。
本発明による同軸プラグアンドコネクタの場合、その設計は、プリント回路基板の中心導体は、その一端がプリント回路基板又は絶縁体に適所に保持され、その他端となる自由端がプラグインカプラの中心導体部材と嵌合する平板状の弾性部材から構成される。
接続ピンは、プラグインカプラがプリント回路基板のソケット形の外部導体に挿入、保持されるような長さであることが便利で、前記接続ピンは、その自由端のどちらを考えても、平板形の弾性部材の自由端に弾性的に嵌合する。
この場合、外部導体ソケットとしての外部導体3と中心導体4は、プリント回路基板1および2の各々に適所に保持される。中心導体4は絶縁体5により外部導体3から絶縁される。
図示する実施例では、接続ピン10は絶縁体9内で軸方向に変位可能に構成される。
Claims (4)
- それぞれ他方のプリント回路基板(2および1)の外部導体(3)および中心導体(4)に、形の符合する外部導体部材と中心導体部材とを有するスリーブ状のプラグインカプラ(6)からなるアダプタによって電気接続できる各プリント回路基板(1および2)に対応付けられる外部導体(3)と中心導体(4)を有するプリント回路基板用の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ(基板間コネクタ)において、
プリント回路基板(1、2)の中心導体は、その一端がプリント回路基板(1、2)又は絶縁体(5)に適所に保持され、その他端となる自由端(13)が前記プラグインカプラ(6)の中心導体部材と嵌合する平板状の弾性部材から構成され、
前記平板形の弾性部材は、舌状又は帯状の形からなり、
前記平板形の弾性部材は、前記自由端(13)が前記プラグインカプラ(6)の中心導体部材の軸方向に対して角度をもって、前記同軸プラグソケットコネクタの縦中央軸、又は縦中央軸を超えて突き出されるように保持され、
前記プラグインカプラ(6)の中心導体部材は、前記プラグインカプラ(6)内で軸方向に変位する接続ピン(10)から構成されることを特徴とする同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。 - 前記平板形の弾性部材の自由端(13)が接続ピン(10)の軸(12)とほぼ一直線上になる穿孔(14)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
- 前記接続ピン(10)が丸端又は球状、特に半球状の端(11)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
- 前記接続ピン(10)が、プラグインカプラ(6)がプリント回路基板(1、2)のソケット形の外部導体(3)に挿入、保持されるとき、前記接続ピン(10)は、その自由端(11)のいずれも、前記平板形の弾性部材の自由端(13)と弾性的に嵌合するような長さであることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか一つに記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
