Abstract
Description
この欠点は、互いに接続されるプリント回路基板間で、接続ピンの軸方向でもその横方向でもたとえわずかでも相対的な動きが生じると、中心導体の接続ピンと雌カプラの中心導体部材との間の接触領域に望ましくない変化が起こることが原因である。このことはひいては所定のエアギャップで予め定められた界磁抵抗の望ましくない変化の原因となり、電気伝送の質に明らかな悪影響を及ぼす。
このことに加えて、この種の同軸プラグソケットコネクタの製造は、必ずコネクタで満たさなければならない一定の公差があり、それが製造コストに跳ね返るために、時間とお金の面で比較的高い出費を伴う。
本発明による同軸プラグアンドコネクタの場合、その設計は、プリント回路基板の中心導体がその一端でプリント回路基板又は絶縁体に適所に保持される平板形の弾性部材の形となり、その他方の自由端でプラグインカプラの中心導体部材と嵌合することができるようなものであり、中心導体部材が接続ピンとなっている。
プリント回路基板の中心導体とプラグインカプラの接続ピンとなっている中心導体部材との接触は、本発明により備えられるように、平板形の弾性部材が予荷重をかけて適所に保持されるとき必ず良好になることが保証される。
前述したように、平板形の弾性部材が舌状又は帯状の形であれば、平板形の弾性部材の自由端は通常接続ピンの所定の端に点接触で接触する。この場合、平板形の弾性部材の自由端に接続ピンの軸とほぼ一直線上になる穿孔を設けることは、本発明の範囲内である。さらに、これが平板形の弾性部材と接続ピンの間に線形で、通常円形の接触を生む。
接続ピンは、プラグインカプラがプリント回路基板のソケット形の外部導体に挿入、保持されるような長さであることが便利で、前記接続ピンは、その自由端のどちらを考えても、平板形の弾性部材の自由端に弾性的に嵌合する。
図面の図1に示す同軸プラグソケットコネクタは、基板間コネクタとしても知られるが、2つのプリント回路基板1、2を接続するために用いる。
この場合、外部導体ソケットとしての外部導体3と中心導体4は、プリント回路基板1および2の各々に適所に保持される。中心導体4は絶縁部5により外部導体ソケット3から絶縁される。
図示する実施例では、接続ピン10は絶縁体9内で軸方向に変位可能に構成される。
Claims (8)
- それぞれ他方のプリント回路基板(2および1)の外部導体および中心導体(3、4)に、形の符合する外部導体部材(7)と中心導体部材(10)とを有するスリーブ状のプラグインカプラ(6)とであるアダプタによって電気接続できる各プリント回路基板(1および2)に対応付けられる外部導体と中心導体(3、4)を有する、特にプリント回路基板用の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ(基板間コネクタ)において、
プリント回路基板(1、2)の中心導体はその一端でプリント回路基板(1、2)又は絶縁体(5)に適所に保持される平板形の弾性部材(4)であり、その他方の自由端(13)でプラグインカプラ(6)の中心導体部材と嵌合することができ、その中心導体部材が接続ピン(10)の形であることを特徴とする同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。 - 平板形の弾性部材(4)が舌状又は帯状の形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
- 平板形の弾性部材(4)が予荷重をかけて適所に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
- 平板形の弾性部材(4)の自由端(13)がプラグインカプラ(6)の接続ピン(10)の軸(12)に角度をもって突き出すことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一つに記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
- 平板形の弾性部材(4)の自由端(13)が接続ピン(10)の軸(12)とほぼ一直線上になる穿孔(14)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
- 接続ピン(10)が丸端又は球状、特に半球状の端(11)を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一つに記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
- 接続ピン(10)が、プラグインカプラ(6)がプリント回路基板(1、2)のソケット形の外部導体(3)に挿入、保持されるとき、前記接続ピン(10)は、その自由端(11)のいずれも、平板形の弾性部材(4)の自由端(13)と弾性的に嵌合するような長さであることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一つに記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
- 接続ピン(10)がプラグインカプラ(6)内で軸方向に変位可能になるように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一つに記載の同軸プラグソケットコネクタ。
