技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别是用于印制电路板的同轴插接装置。
背景技术
在已知的这种同轴插接装置(DE 202 08 425.6)上,通常在每个印制电路板上都固定至少一个具有配属的内导体的外导体套筒。其中,内导体通常具有一圆柱形触针,该触针可以有弹性地夹紧地插入一套管形插塞连接件形式的转接器的内导体元件的相应设计的端面凹槽。如此地进行构造,使得外导体套筒和插塞连接件的端面之间的限定的间隙被保留。
尽管此类的同轴插接装置通常足够满足对它们提出的要求,但是事实证明,出现一些严重的缺点,而且特别是在今天所希望的、高达60GHz和更高的高传输频率时。
这些缺点这样产生,即在彼此相连的印制电路板之间无论是沿触针的轴向方向还是与其横向的方向的细微的相对运动造成内导体触针和插塞连接件的内导体元件之间接触区域的不希望的变化。这也再次导致通过限定的间隙所预先规定的特性阻抗的不希望的变化,这决定性地损害电传输的质量。
由于这些尽管是细微的无法避免的在印制电路板之间的相对运动,即使在已知的同轴插接装置上也不会保持所谓的插接可重复性(Steckwiederholbarkeit)相同,这同样被视为缺点。
此外还要补充的是,此类同轴插接装置的制造与相对高的时间耗费和成本相联系,由于始终都必须遵守特定的连接公差,这相应地对制造费用有影响。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于,如此设计同类的同轴插接装置,以便消除上述缺点,使得其插接可重复性、特别是在高达60GHz和更高的高传输频率时决定性地改善,同时在明显简化的制造和避免触针不希望的直径突变(Durchmesserspruenge)情况下保证一始终相同的良好的接触区域。
该目的以本发明通过具有以下技术特征的同轴插接装置实现,即:一种用于印制电路板的同轴插接装置,具有配属于每个印制电路板的外导体和内导体,所述外导体和内导体通过一具有相应的外导体元件以及内导体元件的套管形的插塞连接件形式的转接器可与相关的另外的印制电路板的外导体和内导体电连接,印制电路板的内导体被设计为弹簧片,该弹簧片的一个端部固定在印制电路板或绝缘体上,另一个自由的端部与插塞连接件的构成为触针的内导体元件相接合。
在按本发明的同轴插接装置上如此构造,使得印制电路板的内导体构造为弹簧片,该弹簧片以其一个端部固定在印制电路板或一绝缘体上,在其另一自由的端部上可与插塞连接件的构造为触针的内导体元件相接合。
在本发明的有利的构造中,弹簧片设计为接片状的或形的,这会保证简单地制造。
如按本发明所继续规定的那样,当弹簧片在预紧的情况下固定时,印制电路板内导体和插塞连接件的构造为触针的内导体元件之间的始终良好的触点接通才被保证。
合乎目的地,弹簧片的自由端部成角度地伸入到插塞连接件的触针的轴线中,出于这个原因,无需采取任何特殊的措施,以始终保证印制电路板的弹簧片和插塞连接件的触针之间的触点接通。
如上所述,如果弹簧片设计为接片状的或条形的,弹簧片的自由端部通常借助点接触与触针的各端部处于接触。在此,属于本发明范围的是在弹簧片的自由端部上也设置一尽可能地对准触针轴线的穿孔。由此,在弹簧片和触针之间得到一线形的、通常圆环形的触点接通。
如果按本发明的另一构造插塞连接件的触针具有倒圆的或球形的、特别是半球形的端部,按本发明的同轴插接装置的制造费用会大大减少。此类的触针可以以尽可能小的制造费用制造并同时保证,其各端部和弹簧片的自由端部之间的触点接通始终以最高的效率实现。
合乎目的地,触针具有这样一种长度,使得它在夹紧地插入印制电路板的套管形外导体中的插塞连接件上在其各个自由端部上有弹性地与弹簧片的自由端部相接合。
如按本发明所规定的那样,如果触针可轴向移动地设置在插塞连接件中或在其绝缘体内部,弹簧片与触针之间触点接通的灵活性才会决定性地改善。这同样自动使触针和弹簧片之间的触点接通的持续的定心成为可能,因为根据这一侧或者另一侧的轴向负荷,触针能够在其插塞连接件内部相应地移动。以这种方式弹簧片和触针端部之间的触点接通始终并全效地得到保证。
同轴插接装置的按本发明的构造可以以大大减少的制造费用实现。他同时提供决定性的优点,在出现上述可能的、在印制电路板之间沿触针的纵向轴线和/或与其横向的方向的相对运动时,保证始终保持相同的接触区域。其依据是,由于上述按本发明的、在弹簧片和触针之间的触点接通的构造,即使在翻转时和/或在触针的纵向移动时始终保持所希望的接触区域。
最后,整个同轴插接装置的插接可重复性不仅得到改善,而且保证始终相同的质量。

具体实施方式
从附图的图1可以看出,同轴插接装置用作两个印制电路板1、2的连接装置,所述连接装置也已知作为板对板的连接装置。
在此,在每个印制电路板1和2上固定一外导体套筒形式的外导体3以及一内导体4。该内导体4借助一绝缘元件5与外导体套筒3绝缘。
印制电路板1、2可借助一转接器6电相连接,其中该转接器6具有一套管形插塞连接件的形状。插塞连接件6在其外侧具有一套管形外导体元件7,该外导体元件以所述的方式可在其端面侧的端部借助一环绕的环形凸起8夹紧地与印制电路板1和2的外导体套筒3相接合。
此外,插塞连接件6相对于其在中间连接一绝缘体9情况下的套管形外导体元件7具有一内导体元件10,该内导体元件轴向地在插塞连接件6内部的中心延伸并构成为触针。该触针10如此特别地构造,使得它在其两个端部11上设计为半球形的,并借助该半球形的端部以所示的方式分别从插塞连接件6中凸出。
在上述实施方式中,触针10可轴向移动地设置在绝缘体9内部。
印制电路板1和2的各内导体4设计为条形的弹簧片,该弹簧片以其一个端部在预紧的情况下固定在印制电路板1和2或在绝缘体5上,并还以其自由端部13成角度地伸入到同轴插接装置的纵向中间轴线12中。这导致,当插塞连接件6夹紧地插入到印制电路板1和2的外导体套筒3中时,触针10在其半球形的端部11上有弹性地与印制电路板1和2的各个弹簧片4的自由端部13相接合。
由于在弹簧片4的自由端部13和触针10的球形端部11之间的由此取得的持久的弹性地弹簧加载的连接装置保证,与在印制电路板1、2之间沿纵向和在横向持续出现的相对运动无关,总是达到一高效的触点接通和由此电连接。如上所述,这种效果通过触针10可轴向移动地设置在插塞连接件6内部得到加强。
在按图2所示的变化的实施方式中,弹簧片4的自由端部13具有一穿孔14,该穿孔尽可能地对准触针10的轴线12。由此,与按图1所示的实施方式不同,其中尽可能地在弹簧片4的自由端部13和触针10的倒圆端部11之间实现点接触,在弹簧片4的穿孔14的边缘和触针10倒圆的端部11之间实现或多或少的圆线形的接触。但是,触点接通以及定心的灵活性却同时始终得到保证,这一方面依据弹簧片4的基本结构,另一方面依据触针10的轴向可移动性。

Claims (9)

6. 按权利要求1或2所述的同轴插接装置,其特征在于,触针(10)具有倒圆的或球形的端部(11)。
