Description
既設管を更生するための更生管の周方向と管長方向に連結される更生管用セグメント部材であって、
更生管用セグメント部材は、片面が更生管の内周面となる内面板と、該内面板の周方向に沿った両側縁のそれぞれに立設された2枚の側板と、該内面板の管長方向に沿った両側縁のそれぞれに立設された2枚の端板とを有し、
前記2枚の端板の一方の外側面に、該外側面から突出した凸部と該凸部に連続して該外側面から凹んだ凹部が管長方向に延びて形成されており、また他方の端板の外側面に前記凸部と凹部のそれぞれに合致する形状の凹部と凸部が管長方向に延びて形成されており、
更生管用セグメント部材どうしを周方向に連結するときに、一方のセグメント部材の一方の端板の外側面に形成された凸部と凹部に対して他方のセグメント部材の他方の端板の外側面に形成された凹部と凸部を緊密に面接触させて嵌合し得るようにしたことを特徴とする。
更生管用セグメント部材どうしを管長方向に連結するときに、一方のセグメント部材の一方の側板の外側面に形成された凸部と凹部に対して他方のセグメント部材の他方の側板の外側面に形成された凹部と凸部を緊密に面接触させて嵌合し得るようにしたことを特徴とする。

Claims (2)
- 既設管を更生するための更生管の周方向と管長方向に連結される更生管用セグメント部材であって、
更生管用セグメント部材は、片面が更生管の内周面となる内面板と、該内面板の周方向に沿った両側縁のそれぞれに立設された2枚の側板と、該内面板の管長方向に沿った両側縁のそれぞれに立設された2枚の端板とを有し、
前記2枚の端板の一方の外側面に、該外側面から突出した凸部と該凸部に連続して該外側面から凹んだ凹部が管長方向に延びて形成されており、また他方の端板の外側面に前記凸部と凹部のそれぞれに合致する形状の凹部と凸部が管長方向に延びて形成されており、
更生管用セグメント部材どうしを周方向に連結するときに、一方のセグメント部材の一方の端板の外側面に形成された凸部と凹部に対して他方のセグメント部材の他方の端板の外側面に形成された凹部と凸部を緊密に面接触させて嵌合し得るようにしたことを特徴とする更生管用セグメント部材。 - 前記2枚の側板の一方の外側面に、該外側面から突出した凸部と該凸部に連続して該外側面から凹んだ凹部が周方向に延びて形成されており、また他方の側板の外側面に前記一方の側板の外側面の凸部と凹部のそれぞれに合致する形状の凹部と凸部が周方向に延びて形成されており、
更生管用セグメント部材どうしを管長方向に連結するときに、一方のセグメント部材の一方の側板の外側面に形成された凸部と凹部に対して他方のセグメント部材の他方の側板の外側面に形成された凹部と凸部を緊密に面接触させて嵌合し得るようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の更生管用セグメント部材。
