Abstract
【解決手段】セグメント部材1、2を、更生管3として周方向並びに鉛直方向に順次組み立てる。セグメント部材の鉛直方向への組み立ては、既に組み立てられているセグメント部材上にセグメント部材を積み上げることにより行い、更生管としての組み立てが終了後、既設管と更生管間の隙間に充填材を充填し、硬化させて複合管として既設管と一体化させる。このような構成では、セグメント部材の自重を利用して、既に組み立てられているセグメント部材上にセグメント部材を積み上げることにより行うことができるので、簡単な方法で更生管を敷設することができる。

Description
平坦なあるいは所定の曲率で湾曲した内面を有する内面板と、内面板の周方向に沿った各側縁部に立設した2つの側板と、内面板の管長方向に沿った各端縁部に立設した2つの端板とをプラスチックで一体に形成したセグメント部材を、更生管として周方向並びに鉛直方向に順次組み立て、
セグメント部材の鉛直方向への組み立てを、既に組み立てられているセグメント部材上にセグメント部材を積み上げることにより行い、
更生管としての組み立てが終了後、既設管と更生管間の隙間に充填材を充填し、硬化させて複合管として既設管と一体化させることを特徴とする。

Claims (4)
- 鉛直方向に延びる既設管を更生する方法であって、
平坦なあるいは所定の曲率で湾曲した内面を有する内面板と、内面板の周方向に沿った各側縁部に立設した2つの側板と、内面板の管長方向に沿った各端縁部に立設した2つの端板とをプラスチックで一体に形成したセグメント部材を、更生管として周方向並びに鉛直方向に順次組み立て、
セグメント部材の鉛直方向への組み立てを、既に組み立てられているセグメント部材上にセグメント部材を積み上げることにより行い、
更生管としての組み立てが終了後、既設管と更生管間の隙間に充填材を充填し、硬化させて複合管として既設管と一体化させることを特徴とする既設管の更生方法。 - セグメント部材を順次周方向に連結して管を鉛直方向に垂直に輪切りにした形状の水平な管体を形成し、該管体の上にセグメント部材を周方向並びに鉛直方向に順次積み上げることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の既設管の更生方法。
- セグメント部材を、位置決め部材により位置決めして積み上げることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の既設管の更生方法。
- 組み立てられたセグメント部材が周方向及び/又は鉛直方向に連結されて固定されることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の既設管の更生方法。
