Description
即ち、本願発明では、孔明けパンチが配されたヘッドと、同ヘッドを貫通したスプライン軸と、同スプライン軸の回転により前記孔明けパンチを上下動させる上下動手段と、制御モータと、同制御モータにより走向制御されて前記ヘッドの移動方向に沿って配したタイミングベルトと、を備え、同タイミングベルトに取り付けた前記ヘッドを穿孔ピッチに応じて間欠移動させる移動手段と、穿孔する用紙の片側基準位置を規制する基準部材と、前記移動手段による前記ヘッドの移動位置及び前記スプライン軸の回転を制御する制御手段と、穿孔する用紙サイズ、同用紙の挿入方向、穿孔数及び前記孔明けパンチによる前記基準部材に対する第1穿孔の穿孔位置を微調整する補正値を入力する入力手段と、を有し、前記制御手段が前記入力手段からの入力値に基づいて、前記ヘッドの移動位置及び前記スプライン軸の回転を制御して用紙に孔を明ける多機能孔明け装置であって、前記制御手段は、基台上に載置することのできる略最大用紙幅の間隔に設置されたリミットスイッチと、ヘッドに取り付けられ前記リミットスイッチに当接することで前記移動手段を停止させるドグと、によって前記ヘッドの移動端を設定し、前記基準部材から第1穿孔位置までの長さを示す余白表示部に表示された情報に基づいて前記タイミングベルトを移動させることで、前記移動端に対する前記ヘッドの位置を調整すると共に、入力された前記ヘッドに装着した孔明けパンチの種別情報に基づいて、前記穿孔ピッチを設定することを特徴とする多機能孔明け装置を最も主要な特徴となしている。

Claims (2)
- 孔明けパンチ(36)が配されたヘッド(10)と、
同ヘッド(10)を貫通したスプライン軸(13)と、
同スプライン軸(13)の回転により前記孔明けパンチ(36)を上下動させる上下動手段と、
制御モータ(19)と、同制御モータ(19)により走向制御されて前記ヘッド(10)の移動方向に沿って配したタイミングベルト(12)と、を備え、同タイミングベルト(12)に取り付けた前記ヘッド(10)を穿孔ピッチに応じて間欠移動させる移動手段と、
穿孔する用紙の片側基準位置を規制する基準部材(4)と、
前記移動手段による前記ヘッド(10)の移動位置及び前記スプライン軸(13)の回転を制御する制御手段と、
穿孔する用紙サイズ、同用紙の挿入方向、穿孔数及び前記孔明けパンチ(36)による前記基準部材(4)に対する第1穿孔の穿孔位置を微調整する補正値を入力する入力手段と、を有し、
前記制御手段が前記入力手段からの入力値に基づいて、前記ヘッド(10)の移動位置及び前記スプライン軸(13)の回転を制御して用紙に孔を明ける多機能孔明け装置であって、
前記制御手段は、
基台(2)上に載置することのできる略最大用紙幅の間隔に設置されたリミットスイッチ(16a,16b)と、ヘッド(10)に取り付けられ前記リミットスイッチ(16a,16b)に当接することで前記移動手段を停止させるドグ(21)と、によって前記ヘッド(10)の移動端を設定し、
前記基準部材(4)から第1穿孔位置までの長さを示す余白表示部(43)に表示された情報に基づいて前記タイミングベルト(12)を移動させることで、前記移動端に対する前記ヘッド(10)の位置を調整すると共に、
入力された前記ヘッド(10)に装着した孔明けパンチ(36)の種別情報に基づいて、前記穿孔ピッチを設定することを特徴とする多機能孔明け装置。 - 前記補正値は、前記余白表示部(43)に表示された長さを補正するための増減スイッチ(44a〜c)を介して入力され、入力された前記補正値と用紙片側の余白長さから、他端の余白長さとの和の半分の値を演算し、演算して求めた値を新たな用紙左端の余白長さとして前記余白表示部に表示されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多機能孔明け装置。
