Claims (7)
- 投入口から投入した廃プラスチックを含む処理物を破砕すると共に破砕した処理物を投入側から排出側に向けて横送りする破砕部と、
該破砕部で破砕した処理物を軸方向に移送する移送部と、
該移送部で移送した処理物を圧縮する圧縮部と、
該圧縮部で圧縮した処理物を所定温度で加熱して成形した固形燃料を開口から押し出す成形部と、を同一軸方向に備え、
前記破砕部を、軸方向に複数枚の切断刃を有する剪断式に構成し、
前記移送部と圧縮部とを、軸周りにスクリューを有するスクリュー式に構成すると共に、
前記移送部に、前記破砕部で破砕した処理物を所定量貯める貯留部を具備させ、
該貯留部に、前記破砕部における切断刃が回転可能な断面形状から前記圧縮部のスクリューが回転可能な断面形状に狭まる縮径部を具備させ、
前記圧縮部のスクリュー端部に、該圧縮部で圧縮した前記処理物を更に圧縮して前記開口へ押し込む押圧平面部を具備させ、
前記破砕部と移送部と圧縮部とを同一軸心の回転軸で駆動するように構成したことを特徴とする固形燃料成形装置。 - 前記成形部に、前記所定の開口を有するノズルを周方向に具備させ、
該ノズルの排出側に、該ノズルから排出された固形燃料を所定長さで切り落す切断機を具備させ、
該切断機に、ノズルから排出された固形燃料を外向きに切り落すカッタを具備させた請求項1に記載の固形燃料成形装置。 - 前記成形部のノズル入側とノズル出側との温度を検出する温度検出器を具備させ、
該ノズル入側の温度と該ノズル出側の温度とに基いて前記成形部の温度を制御する加熱器を該成形部に具備させた請求項1又は2に記載の固形燃料成形装置。 - 前記破砕部の切断刃を、周囲に複数の突出する刃部を備えた切断刃で構成し、該切断刃と装置本体との間に、該切断刃の回転によって前記投入口側から移送部側に向けて前記処理物を送る横送り部材を設けた請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の固形燃料成形装置。
- 前記破砕部に複数の回転軸を平行に設け、該複数の回転軸の軸方向に前記切断刃の刃部が交互に噛合うように配設し、該刃部の配置を、切断刃の回転によって該刃部が前記投入口側から移送部側に向けて前記処理物を送る螺旋状の配置にした請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の固形燃料成形装置。
- 前記複数の回転軸を独立して駆動する駆動機を設け、該駆動機を独立して制御する制御装置を具備させた請求項5に記載の固形燃料成形装置。
- 前記回転軸を、前記破砕部の反成形部側に設けた複数のころがり軸受で回転自在に支持し、該回転軸の成形部側端部を所定位置に保持する片持ち支持とした請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の固形燃料成形装置。
