Claims (6)
- 制御端子にカソードが結合した第1可変容量ダイオードと、前記第1可変容量ダイオードのアノードとグランドとの間に接続された第1キャパシタおよび第1インダクタと、を有する第1共振回路と、
前記制御端子にカソードが結合した第2可変容量ダイオードと、前記第2可変容量ダイオードのアノードと前記グランドとの間に接続された第2キャパシタおよび第2インダクタと、を有する第2共振回路と、
前記第1共振回路および前記第2共振回路に結合され、エミッタが接地されたバイポーラトランジスタを有し、前記バイポーラトランジスタのコレクタから発振信号を出力する発振回路と、
前記第1可変容量ダイオードのアノードと前記バイポーラトランジスタのベースとの間に接続され、前記第1共振回路と前記発振回路とを結合する第1結合キャパシタと、
前記第2可変容量ダイオードのアノードと前記バイポーラトランジスタの前記ベースとの間に接続され、前記第2共振回路と前記発振回路とを結合する第2結合キャパシタと、
を具備し、
前記第1結合キャパシタの容量値は前記第2結合キャパシタの容量値より小さく、
前記第1キャパシタの容量値および前記第1インダクタのインダクタンスは前記第2キャパシタの容量値および前記第2インダクタのインダクタンスより大きい発振器。 - 前記発振回路は、
前記バイポーラトランジスタの前記ベースと前記グランドとの間に直列に接続された第3キャパシタおよび第4キャパシタを具備し、
前記第3キャパシタと前記第4キャパシタとの間のノードは前記バイポーラトランジスタのエミッタに接続されている請求項1記載の発振器。 - 前記ノードと前記エミッタとの間に設けられた抵抗を具備する請求項2記載の発振器。
- 前記発振回路は、
前記バイポーラトランジスタのコレクタと出力端子との間に結合されたバッファ回路を具備する請求項1記載の発振回路。 - 制御端子にカソードが結合した可変容量ダイオードと、前記可変容量ダイオードのアノードとグランドとの間に接続された第1キャパシタおよび第1インダクタと、前記可変容量ダイオードのカソードと前記グランドとの間に接続された第2キャパシタと、を有する共振回路と、
エミッタが接地されたバイポーラトランジスタを有し、前記バイポーラトランジスタのコレクタから発振信号を出力する発振回路と、
前記共振回路の前記可変容量ダイオードのアノードと前記バイポーラトランジスタのベースとの間に接続され、前記共振回路と前記発振回路とを結合する第1結合キャパシタと、
前記第2結合キャパシタは前記共振回路の前記可変容量ダイオードのカソードと前記バイポーラトランジスタのベースとの間に接続され、前記共振回路と前記発振回路とを結合する第2結合キャパシタと、
を具備し、
前記第1結合キャパシタの容量値は前記第2結合キャパシタの容量値より小さく、
前記第1キャパシタの容量値は前記第2キャパシタの容量値より大きい発振器。 - 前記発振回路は、
前記バイポーラトランジスタの前記ベースと前記グランドとの間に直列に接続された第3キャパシタおよび第4キャパシタを具備し、
前記第3キャパシタと前記第4キャパシタとの間のノードは前記バイポーラトランジスタのエミッタに接続されている請求項5記載の発振器。
