Description
(BaO)m・TiO2の調製
BaC2O4のモル数:TiO2のモル数が、表中のmの値:1となるよう秤量し、これをボールミルで6時間湿式混合、粉砕した後、乾燥させ、1100℃で2時間空気中で仮焼した。さらに擂潰攪拌機等で粗粉砕したあと再度ボールミルで20時間湿式粉砕し、乾燥させて(BaO)m・TiO2を得た。
CaSiO3の調製
CaCO3とSiO2が等モルになるよう秤量し、これをボールミルで6時間湿式混合、粉砕した後、乾燥させ、800℃で2時間空気中で仮焼した。さらに擂潰攪拌機等で粗粉砕したあと再度ボールミルで20時間湿式粉砕し、乾燥させてCaSiO3を得た。
外観寸法:幅=1.4mm、長さ=2.1mm、厚み=0.4mm
誘電体厚み:t=1.6μm
有効積層数:N=29
静電容量(C)、誘電正接(tanδ):キャパシタンスメータ(ヒューレット・パッカード社製 型番4278A)を用い、自動ブリッジにより1KHz、0.5Vrmsで測定した。
絶縁抵抗(R):高絶縁抵抗測定装置(トーア(TOA)製 型番DSM−8541 デジタル・スーパー・メグオームメータ)により、積層セラミックコンデンサに6.3Vを1分間印加した後の抵抗値を測定し、絶縁抵抗(R)とした。
C・R積:上記の静電容量(C)と絶縁抵抗(R)の積を求めた。
容量温度変化率:25℃での静電容量を基準とし、−55℃から85℃までの温度範囲での変化率で最大である値を示した。なお、全ての試料について85℃での容量温度変化率の絶対値が最大であったので、85℃での変化率を表に記載した。
高温負荷加速寿命試験(HALT):各試料を10個づつ105℃の恒温槽に入れて直流電圧25Vを印加し、直流電界下で絶縁抵抗を測定した。電圧印加を開始してから絶縁抵抗が1×106Ω以下になるまでの時間を試料の寿命時間とした。
絶縁破壊電界強度(VB):10V/秒の昇圧スピードで直流電圧を試料に印加し、5mAの漏洩電流が観察されたときの電圧を測定し、この電圧を誘電体の厚さで除することにより絶縁破壊電界強度(VB)を求めた。
Claims (4)
- (BaO)m・TiO2(ここで、mは、0.990〜0.995である)100重量部に対して、
Yb2O3を0.18〜0.5重量部、
MgOを0.6〜1.5重量部、
CaSiO3を0.4〜1.5重量部、
WO3を0.02〜0.2重量部、
MnCO3を0.1〜0.4重量部、および
MoO3を0.02〜0.2重量部
を配合し、湿式混合粉砕を行って得られる誘電体磁器組成物。 - Yb2O3を0.18〜0.4重量部、
CaSiO3を0.4〜1.0重量部、および
MnCO3を0.25〜0.4重量部
とした、請求項1記載の誘電体磁器組成物。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の前記誘電体磁器組成物をバインダと混合して成形物を形成し、その成形物を焼成してセラミックの製造に用いられる、誘電体磁器組成物。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項記載の誘電体磁器組成物を用いて得られる誘電体層を有する、積層セラミックコンデンサ。
