Description
Claims (5)
- 励磁信号が入力されると、位置に応じた第1正弦波信号と第1余弦波信号とを出力するレゾルバと、
前記レゾルバから出力される前記第1正弦波信号を増幅し、第2正弦波信号として出力する正弦波信号増幅手段と、
前記レゾルバから出力される前記第1余弦波信号を増幅し、第2余弦波信号として出力する余弦波信号増幅手段と、
前記正弦波信号増幅手段から出力される前記第2正弦波信号と前記余弦波信号増幅手段から出力される前記第2余弦波信号とに基づいて位置を求める信号処理手段と、
を備えた位置検出装置において、
前記信号処理手段は、前記第2正弦波信号の正極側振幅と負極側振幅の比率に基づいて正極側振幅と負極側振幅とが等しくなるように正極側振幅と負極側振幅の少なくとも一方を補正して第3正弦波信号とするとともに、前記第2余弦波信号の正極側振幅と負極側振幅の比率に基づいて正極側振幅と負極側振幅とが等しくなるように正極側振幅と負極側振幅の少なくとも一方を補正して第3余弦波信号とし、その後、前記第3正弦波信号の振幅と前記第3余弦波信号の振幅の比較結果に基づいて前記第3正弦波信号と前記第3余弦波信号の少なくとも一方を補正して第4正弦波信号と第4余弦波信号とし、その後、前記第4正弦波信号と前記第4余弦波信号とに基づいて位置を求めることを特徴とする位置検出装置。 - 前記信号処理手段は、前記第3正弦波信号の振幅と前記第3余弦波信号の振幅の比率に基づいて互いに振幅が等しくなるように前記第3正弦波信号と前記第3余弦波信号の少なくとも一方を補正して前記第4正弦波信号と前記第4余弦波信号とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の位置検出装置。
- 前記レゾルバは、モータに配設され、前記モータの回転角に応じた前記第1正弦波信号と前記第1余弦波信号とを出力することを特徴とする請求項1又は2のいずれか1項に記載の位置検出装置。
- レゾルバの出力する第1正弦波信号と第1余弦波信号とを増幅した第2正弦波信号と第2余弦波信号とに基づいて位置を求める位置検出補正方法において、
前記第2正弦波信号の正極側振幅と負極側振幅の比率に基づいて正極側振幅と負極側振幅とが等しくなるように正極側振幅と負極側振幅の少なくとも一方を補正して第3正弦波信号を求めるとともに、前記第2余弦波信号の正極側振幅と負極側振幅の比率に基づいて正極側振幅と負極側振幅とが等しくなるように正極側振幅と負極側振幅の少なくとも一方を補正して前記第3余弦波信号を求める第1工程と、
前記第3正弦波信号の振幅と前記第3余弦波信号の振幅の比較結果に基づいて前記第3正弦波信号と前記第3余弦波信号の少なくとも一方を補正して第4正弦波信号と第4余弦波信号とを求める第2工程と、
前記第4正弦波信号と前記第4余弦波信号とに基づいて位置を求める第3工程と、
を順次実施することを特徴とする位置検出補正方法。 - 前記第2工程は、前記第3正弦波信号の振幅と前記第3余弦波信号の振幅の比率に基づいて互いに振幅が等しくなるように前記第3正弦波信号と前記第3余弦波信号の少なくとも一方を補正して前記第4正弦波信号と前記第4余弦波信号とを求めることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の位置検出補正方法。
