Claims (4)
- バルブステム(3)と、中空のバルブコーン(7)と、前記バルブコーン(7)を閉止する円板形状のバルブディスク(9)とを有し、
バルブステム(3)とバルブコーン(7)は単一体として構成され、バルブコーン(7)はバルブステム端部の直径を拡張することによって形成され、該バルブコーン(7)はバルブステム(3)およびバルブディスク(9)よりも薄い壁厚を有し、
バルブステム(3)には、該バルブステム(3)の縦の中心軸と同心に延びる貫通開口によって形成される中空の空間(5)が設けられ、
バルブディスク(9)は、バルブディスク(9)のバルブコーン(7)側の端部領域に全周にわたって段部(14)を有し、バルブコーン(7)の端面が該段部(14)に支持される形で当接して、該バルブディスクにバルブコーン(7)が係合し、
バルブディスク(9)の外周表面には、円筒状の第1の縦部分(15)と、これに隣接する円錐台状の第2の縦部分(17)とを有し、第2の縦部分(17)の円錐の角度は、バルブコーン(9)端部の円錐角と同じであり、バルブディスクとバルブコーンの結合領域に連続的な移行部分が形成されており、
バルブディスク(9)は、バルブディスク(9)の中心に配置され、バルブコーン(7)側の面上にドーム状に突き出る中実な力伝達要素(19)を有し、該力伝達要素は、バルブディスク(9)と共に単一体として構成され、中空のバルブコーン(7)を貫通してバルブステムの中空空間(5)の中に延び、
力伝達要素(19)の中空空間(5)の中に延びる自由端が円錐形状を有し、その円錐形状の外側面が支持表面(31)を形成し、その支持表面(31)が、バルブステムの中空空間(5)の内壁及び前記中空のバルブコーン(7)の内壁に設けられる対応する形状の対向表面(33)に面支持される、
ことを特徴とする軽量バルブ。 - 前記対向表面(33)に、前記力伝達要素(19)と前記バルブステム(3)との間の確実連結を形成するための、少なくとも1つの窪み(35)が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軽量バルブ。
- 前記バルブディスク(9)のバルブステム側の面上に補強リブ(37)が成形され、前記バルブコーン(7)の内壁が補強リブ(37)に部分的に面支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の軽量バルブ。
- 前記バルブコーン(7)及び前記バルブディスク(9)を、ビーム溶接法又は溶融溶接法によって一体化溶接して形成することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の軽量バルブ。
