Description
(1) 質量%で、C:0.4〜0.6%、Si:0.1〜0.4%、Mn:0.5〜0.8%、P:0.03%以下、S:0.005〜0.03%、Al:0.01〜0.08%を含有し、残部はFeおよび不可避元素からなる肉厚5mm以上22mm以下、長さが外径の5倍以上の鋼管であり、該鋼管の金属組織がフェライト+パーライトであり、内表面および外表面からそれぞれ1mm内側までを除いた部分の硬さがビッカース硬さで210〜260であり、前記外表面から肉厚方向に500μm以内の脱炭層を有することを特徴とするリング状歯車素材用鋼管。
(2) 質量%で、さらにCr:0.05〜0.2%、Ni:0.05〜0.2%、Mo:0.05〜0.5%、B:0.0002〜0.0006%の1種または2種以上を含有することを特徴とする(1)に記載のリング状歯車素材用鋼管。
(3) 外表面の円周方向の残留応力が絶対値で150MPa以下であることを特徴とする(1)または(2)に記載のリング状歯車素材用鋼管。
本発明ではE=210000、ν=0.3の値を用いることにする。本発明で想定した残留応力はこのような測定法で測定された平均的なものであり、例えば、表面脱炭層で生じるような微視的にまたは集中して働く残留応力を想定しているものではない。本発明の残留応力は、全厚・全長にわたって冷却速度をできるだけ均一にすることにより達せられるが、冷却後に応力除去焼鈍を行っても一向に差し支えない。
Claims (3)
- 質量%で、C:0.4〜0.6%、Si:0.1〜0.4%、Mn:0.5〜0.8%、P:0.03%以下、S:0.005〜0.03%、Al:0.01〜0.08%を含有し、残部はFeおよび不可避元素からなる肉厚5mm以上22mm以下、長さが外径の5倍以上の鋼管であり、該鋼管の金属組織がフェライト+パーライトであり、内表面および外表面からそれぞれ1mm内側までの位置までを除いた部分の硬さがビッカース硬さで210〜260であり、前記外表面から肉厚方向に500μm以内の脱炭層を有することを特徴とするリング状歯車素材用鋼管。
- 質量%で、さらにCr:0.05〜0.2%、Ni:0.05〜0.2%、Mo:0.05〜0.5%、B:0.0002〜0.0006%の1種または2種以上を含有することを特徴とする請求項1記載のリング状歯車素材用鋼管。
- 外表面の円周方向の残留応力が絶対値で150MPa以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のリング状歯車素材用鋼管。
