Claims (6)
- 多数の鋼線を束ねた鋼線束と、前記鋼線束の外周部に配置された複数の金属線からなる犠牲陽極部とを有する芯材と、
前記芯材を覆うように設けられ、前記芯材の形状を保持する繊維層と、
前記繊維層の外周側に設けられた内側被覆層と、
前記内側被覆層の外周側に水密状に形成された遮水層と、
前記遮水層の外周側に設けられた被覆層と、
を備え、
前記複数の金属線は、前記鋼線を束ねることによって前記鋼線束の前記外周部に形成される外周凹部が緩和されるように前記鋼線束の前記外周部において前記鋼線と一緒に束ねられていることを特徴とする耐食性ワイヤロープ。 - 前記金属線は、純亜鉛からなる亜鉛線によって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の耐食性ワイヤロープ。
- 前記鋼線束は、亜鉛メッキ鋼線の撚りワイヤロープによって構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の耐食性ワイヤロープ。
- 前記遮水層は、鉛又はアルミニウムからなることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の耐食性ワイヤロープ。
- 耐食性ワイヤロープを製造する方法であって、
多数の鋼線を束ねた鋼線束と前記鋼線よりも電気化学的に卑な複数の金属線とによって芯材を形成する芯材形成工程と、
前記芯材の形状を保持するために前記芯材の外周側に繊維層を設ける工程と、
前記繊維層の外周側に内側被覆層を設ける内側被覆形成工程と、
前記内側被覆層の外周側に遮水層を水密状に形成する遮水層形成工程と、
前記遮水層の外周側に被覆層を形成する被覆層形成工程とが含まれ、
前記芯材形成工程では、前記鋼線を束ねることによって前記鋼線束の外周部に形成される外周凹部が緩和されるように前記金属線を前記鋼線束の前記外周部において前記鋼線と一緒に束ねることを特徴とする耐食性ワイヤロープの製造方法。 - 前記遮水層形成工程及び前記被覆層形成工程において、接着層を有する鉛テープを被せることで前記遮水層を形成し、加熱された被覆層の形成材を前記遮水層の上に被せて前記被覆層を形成するとともに前記遮水層を接着することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の耐食性ワイヤロープの製造方法。
