Description

YはNH2―、OH−、又はSH−基である。
水素化されたポリマーのアミン基含有化合物との混合
NBRの水素化は、攪拌機、窒素排出口、及び冷却用ジャケットを装備された2000リットルの反応器において行われた。
水素化されたポリマー及び該アミン基と反応できる化合物の混合
実験Aが繰り返され、水浴中での冷却後、押出されたHNBRは2重量%の無水フタル酸と3リットルのファーレル社のニーダー上で混合された。
実験Aに従って得られたHNBR及び実施例1に従って得られたHNBRは、表1に従う成分(量は100重量部当たりの部で与えられる)と混合され、マスターバッチを得た。
実施例II及び比較例Aに従うマスターバッチの加工特性が、ガーベイダイB試験(ダイ面積0.50cm2、80℃のスクリュー温度、及び120℃のゾーン温度でASTMD2230‐73に従う)で測定された。

比較例Bに従うマスターバッチ及び実施例IIが、トロエステル社WNU−5の2本ロールミル上で硬化系と混合された。摩擦比は1:1.2に設定され、ミルのロールは冷却された。コンパウンドは使用前に少なくとも1日室温において貯蔵された。

Claims (8)
- ヒドラジン、酸化性化合物、及び触媒の存在下で、ラテックス中において共役ジエンモノマー単位及び不飽和ニトリルモノマー単位を有する不飽和ポリマーの少なくとも1の炭素―炭素二重結合を水素化する工程、続いて、水素化されたポリマーをラテックスから分離する工程を含む、水素化されたポリマーの製造方法において、ラテックスからの水素化されたポリマーの分離後に、水素化されたポリマーが式(III)
(ここで、Rは少なくとも1の炭素原子を含む脂肪族基から誘導されるか、あるいは少なくとも6の炭素原子を含む芳香族基から誘導され、Xは水素原子、NH 2 −、OH−又はSH−基である)
に従うアミン基含有化合物と最初に混合され、次に水素化されたポリマーが、式(I)
(ここで、Rは(環状)脂肪族(C 1 〜C 20 )基、又は(C 6 〜C 20 )アリール基から誘導される単位であり、Xは酸無水物、酸塩化物、及び/又はカルボン酸から誘導される単位であり、n=1〜5である。)
に従うアミンと反応できる化合物と混合されるところの混合工程が行われることを特徴とする方法。 - 式(I)に従う化合物が、無水フタル酸、無水マレイン酸、無水酢酸、ステアリン酸無水物、テトラヒドロフタル酸無水物、シクロヘキサンジカルボン酸無水物、ナジック酸無水物、及び/又は無水コハク酸であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 式(III)に従うアミン基含有化合物が、ジアミンである請求項1または2記載の方法。
- 不飽和ポリマーが、50〜80重量%の共役ジエン―モノマー単位及び20〜50重量%の不飽和ニトリルモノマー単位を有するものである請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 触媒が、ホウ素を含む化合物である請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 酸化性化合物が、過酸化水素である請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 式(I)に従う化合物が、無水フタル酸である請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- ジアミンが、3,4−トルエンジアミンである請求項3〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
