Claims (3)
- 内周のアウタ側とインナ側に外側軌道面を有する静止側の外方部材と、
外周面に前記アウタ側とインナ側の外側軌道面に対した内側軌道面を有する回転側の内方部材と、
前記内外軌道面間に転動自在に配置された玉と、
前記玉を保持する保持器と、
前記外方部材の内周面の全周にわたって、両外側軌道面間に形成した溝部と、
前記外側軌道面に形成された焼入れ硬化層と
からなり、前記溝部は深さ2〜6mmの扁平な台形断面とし、かつ、前記溝部と前記外側軌道面との間に位置する平坦な肩部の長さを2mmは確保して形成し、前記肩部の前記軌道面側を硬化層、溝部側を未硬化層とした車両用軸受装置。 - 前記内方部材はハブと内輪とから形成され、前記ハブは外周に車輪取付用フランジを有しアウタ側の内側軌道面を備えると共に、前記内輪はインナ側の内側軌道面を備え、前記ハブの外周に嵌合されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用軸受装置。
- 前記内方部材は一対の内輪からなり、内輪は外周にアウタ側またはインナ側の内側軌道面を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両用軸受装置。
