Claims (34)
- 基板と、
基板上に配置された一つのタッチ・センサと、
少なくとも一部が前記タッチ・センサ上に配置されている絶縁層と、
少なくとも一部が前記絶縁層上に配置され、前記タッチ・センサにのみ対応する独立した発光デバイスと、
を含む選択的照明タッチ・センサ装置。 - 請求項1記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
基板の少なくとも一部は、実質的に半透明である前記センサ装置。 - 請求項1記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
基板の少なくとも一部は、実質的に透明である前記センサ装置。 - 請求項1記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、

第1の電極の少なくとも一部は、実質的に透明である前記センサ装置。 - 請求項8記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
基板に配置され第1の電極に電気的に結合された統合化制御回路をさらに含む前記センサ装置。 - 請求項11記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、

前記タッチ・センサは、第2の電極を含み、第2の電極は、第1の電極に対し間隔をあけ同一平面内にかつ実質的に取り巻く位置関係で基板に配置されている前記センサ装置。 - 請求項14記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、基板に配置され、第1の電極および第2の電極に電気的に結合された能動デバイスをさらに含む前記センサ装置。
- 請求項15記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
能動デバイスは、トランジスタである前記センサ装置。 - 請求項14記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
基板に配置され、第1の電極および第2の電極に電気的に結合された統合化制御回路をさらに含む前記センサ装置。 - 請求項17記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
統合化制御回路は、ピーク検出器を含む前記センサ装置。 - 請求項17記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
統合化制御回路は、ラッチを含む前記センサ装置。 - 請求項1記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
前記タッチ・センサは、容量性タッチ・センサ、赤外線タッチ・センサ、音響タッチ・センサおよび電磁タッチ・センサから成るグループから選択される前記センサ装置。 - 請求項1記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
前記発光デバイスは、発光ダイオード、発光ポリマ、有機発光ダイオードおよびポリマ発光ダイオードから成るグループから選択される前記センサ装置。 - 請求項1記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
前記タッチ・センサの動作を制御しその刺激状態を検出し、前記発光デバイスの照明を制御する手段を含む前記タッチ・センサ装置。 - 請求項1記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
前記タッチ・センサの動作を制御しその刺激状態を検出し、前記発光デバイスの照明を制御する駆動回路を含み、前記駆動回路は、前記タッチ・センサおよび前記発光デバイスに接続される前記センサ装置。 - 請求項23記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、前記駆動回路は、前記タッチ・センサの動作および/または刺激状態の関数として前記発光デバイスに選択的に照明するようにさせる前記センサ装置。
- 請求項1記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
基板に配置された第2のタッチ・センサと、
少なくとも一部が、第2のタッチ・センサ上に配置された第2の絶縁層と、
第2のタッチ・センサにのみ対応する独立した第2の発光デバイスと、
を含み、第2の発光デバイスの少なくとも一部は、第2のタッチ・センサとアラインするように第2の絶縁層上に配置される前記センサ装置。 - 請求項25記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
前記タッチ・センサおよび第2のタッチ・センサの動作を制御しその刺激状態を検出し、前記発光デバイスおよび第2の発光デバイスの照明を制御する手段を含む前記センサ装置。 - 請求項25記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
前記タッチ・センサおよび第2のタッチ・センサの動作を制御しその刺激状態を検出し、前記発光デバイスおよび第2の発光デバイスの照明を制御する駆動回路を含み、駆動回路は、前記タッチ・センサ、第2のタッチ・センサ、前記発光デバイスおよび第2の発光デバイスに接続される前記センサ装置。 - 請求項27記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
前記駆動回路は、前記タッチ・センサの動作および/または刺激状態の関数として前記発光デバイスに選択的に照明するようにさせ、第2のタッチ・センサの動作および/または刺激状態の関数として第2の発光デバイスに選択的に照明するようにさせる前記センサ装置。 - 請求項25記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
基板に配置された第3のタッチ・センサと、
少なくとも一部が第3のタッチ・センサに配置された第3の絶縁層と、
第3のタッチ・センサにのみ対応する独立した第3の発光デバイスと、
を含み、第3の発光デバイスの少なくとも一部は、第3のタッチ・センサとアラインするように第3の絶縁層に配置される前記センサ装置。 - 請求項29記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
前記タッチ・センサ、第2のタッチ・センサおよび第3のタッチ・センサの動作を制御しその刺激状態を検出し、前記発光デバイス、第2の発光デバイスおよび第3の発光デバイスの照明を制御する手段を含む前記センサ装置。 - 請求項29記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
前記タッチ・センサ、第2のタッチ・センサおよび第3のタッチ・センサの動作を制御しその刺激状態を検出し、前記発光デバイス、第2の発光デバイスおよび第3の発光デバイスの照明を制御する駆動回路を含む前記センサ装置。 - 請求項31記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、
前記駆動回路は、前記タッチ・センサの動作および/または刺激状態の関数として前記発光デバイスに選択的に照明するようにさせ、第2のタッチ・センサの動作および/または刺激状態の関数として第2の発光デバイスに選択的に照明するようにさせ、第3のタッチ・センサの動作および/または刺激状態の関数として第3の発光デバイスに選択的に照明するようにさせる前記センサ装置。 - 請求項20記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
前記タッチ・センサの動作を制御しその刺激状態を検出し、前記発光デバイスの照明を制御する手段を含む前記センサ装置。 - 請求項20記載のタッチ・センサ装置であって、さらに、
前記タッチ・センサの動作を制御しその刺激状態を検出し、前記発光デバイスの照明を制御する駆動回路を含む前記センサ装置。
