Claims (10)
- コレット部材を締め付け固定するために適用される締め付け手段をもつチャック部材と、上記チャック部材に固定されるよう適用されかつ上記コレット部材の位置を上記チャック部材に関して整列させるための第1の心出し手段をもつコレット部材とを含む締め付け装置において、
上記チャック部材が、上記コレット部材の位置を上記チャック部材に関して整列させかつ上記コレット部材の上記第1の心出し手段と協働するための第2の心出し手段をもち、
上記コレット部材の上記第1の心出し手段が上記チャック部材に面する側である上記コレット部材の後側に置かれた複数の第1の心出し素子を含み、
上記チャック部材の上記第2の心出し手段が寸法と場所に関して上記コレット部材の上記複数の第1の心出し素子に一致し、かつ少なくともX−及びY−方向において上記チャック部材に関して上記コレット部材を整列させるために上記コレット部材を上記チャック部材に固定するとき、上記コレット部材の上記第1の心出し素子に掛合するよう適用される複数の第2の心出し素子を含み、
上記コレット部材又は上記コレット部材に固定された締め付けスタッドが、上記コレット部材を上記チャック部材に締め付け固定するために上記チャック部材の上記締め付け手段に掛合するよう適用される推力面を備え、
上記コレット部材は上記複数の第1の心出し素子を合体している肩部を備え、
上記第1の心出し素子は、上記コレット部材の締め付けジョーを有する正面部分から遠隔の側であって該コレット部材の底を構成する、上記肩部の後面上に置かれており、それによって上記第1の心出し素子間の上記後面の表面区域は、上記コレット部材が上記チャック部材に固定されるときに上記コレット部材のZ−位置を限定するためのZ−基準面を構成するよう適用されることを特徴とする締め付け装置。 - 上記推力面は上記コレット部材の上記肩部上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締め付け装置。
- 上記推力面は上記コレット部材の上記締め付けスタッド上に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締め付け装置。
- 上記第1の心出し素子は、上記チャック部材に関して上記コレット部材を、その角度方位に関しては勿論、X−及びY−方向において位置決めするために、前記肩部に沿って配置されかつ前記肩部に沿って均等に分配された少なくとも3つの心出し溝を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締め付け装置。
- 上記第1の心出し素子は、上記チャック部材に関して上記コレット部材を、その角度方位に関しては勿論、X−及びY−方向において位置決めするために、前記肩部に沿って配置されかつ前記肩部に沿って均等に分配された少なくとも3つの心出しカムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締め付け装置。
- 上記チャック部材は、寸法と場所に関して上記コレット部材の上記第1の心出し素子に対応する少なくとも3つの上記第2の心出し素子を含み、前記締め付け手段は、上記コレット部材を上記チャック部材に締め付け固定するための複数の締め付けボールを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締め付け装置。
- 上記締め付け手段は更にユニオンナットを含み、このユニオンナットの内側は、上記ユニオンナットを緊締するときに上記締め付けボールを径方向に変位させるよう適用される円錐形に狭くなった推力面をもつことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の締め付け装置。
- 上記コレット部材の正面部分の後側は、径方向に延びるスロットによって細分された円錐状に狭くなる凹所を備え、それによって上記チャック部材上に設けられた作動ボルトが、上記コレット部材を径方向に拡張させるために上記コレット部材の上記正面部分の上記円錐状に狭くなる凹所内に押し込まれるよう適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締め付け装置。
- 上記コレット部材の正面部分の後側は、突出する円錐状に広がる壁部分によって画定されかつ径方向に延びるスロットによって細分された凹所を備え、それによってその正面に凹所をもつ作動ボルトが、上記コレット部材を径方向に収縮させるために上記コレット部材の上記正面部分の上記円錐状に広くなる壁部分上に押し付けられるよう適用されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締め付け装置。
- 上記コレット部材が、それを上記チャック部材内に挿入するときに、Z−軸回りのその概略の角度方位を決定するための割り出し開口部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の締め付け装置。
