Description
(A)ポリオレフィン系樹脂と、スチレン−イソブチレンブロック共重合体とを必須成分とする内層用材料。
(B)ポリアミド系樹脂と、スチレン−イソブチレンブロック共重合体とを必須成分とする外層用材料。
三井住友化学工業社製、ポリオレフィン

クレイトンポリマージャパン社製、クレイトンD1102

EGMAにポリスチレンをグラフトした変性EGMA(日本油脂社製、モディパーA4100)
エポキシ化SBS(ダイセル化学工業社製、エポフレンドAT501)
酸変性SEBS(旭化成ケミカルズ社製、タフテックM1913)
EGMAに、PMMAとブチルアクリレートとの共重合体をグラフトした変性EGMA(日本油脂社製、モディパーA4300)
内層用材料もしくは外層用材料を、後記の表1〜表3に示す組み合わせに変更する以外は、実施例1に準じてホースを作製した。
ASTM D 638に準じて、内層および外層の伸び(EB)〔%〕を測定した。
ASTM D 790に準じて、内層および外層の曲げ弾性率(MPa)を測定した。
内層用材料および外層用材料を用いて、厚み0.3mmの試料シートをそれぞれ作製し、このシートの透過定数〔(mg・mm)/(cm2 ・day)〕を、カップ式試験治具を用いて測定した。すなわち、カップ式試験治具(内径66mm、内容積135cm3 、透過面積34.2cm2 )を準備し、このカップ式試験治具の下側に、ブチルゴムパッキンを介して試料シートを固定した。そして、上記カップ式試験治具内に純水(100cm3 )を充填し、試料シートと純水が接するように配置し、80℃の一定温度雰囲気中に放置した。放置時間と、純水の重量減少量とをグラフにプロットし、その傾きにより、透過定数〔(mg・mm)/(cm2 ・day)〕を算出した。
−40℃にて4時間ホースを冷却した後、180°に折り曲げ、低温柔軟性の評価を行った。評価は、ホース内面割れや、外面亀裂等の異常が生じたものを×、ホースに異常が生じなかったものを○とした。
得られたホース内にコネクターを圧入し、座屈や割れ等の異常が生じたものを×、異常が生じなかったものを○とした。

Claims (5)
- 流体に接する内層と、その外周に設けられる外層とを備えた燃料電池用ホースであって、上記内層が下記の(A)を用いて構成され、かつ、上記外層が下記の(B)を用いて構成されていることを特徴とする燃料電池用ホース。
(A)ポリオレフィン系樹脂と、スチレン−イソブチレンブロック共重合体とを必須成分とする内層用材料。
(B)ポリアミド系樹脂と、スチレン−イソブチレンブロック共重合体とを必須成分とする外層用材料。 - 燃料電池用ホースの構成層のいずれの層にも、可塑剤が含有されていない請求項1記載の燃料電池用ホース。
- (B)の外層用材料に、相溶化剤が配合されている請求項1または2記載の燃料電池用ホース。
- (A)の内層用材料におけるポリオレフィン系樹脂と、スチレン−イソブチレンブロック共重合体との重量混合比が、ポリオレフィン系樹脂/スチレン−イソブチレンブロック共重合体=20/80〜80/20の範囲内である請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池用ホース。
- (B)の外層用材料におけるポリアミド系樹脂と、スチレン−イソブチレンブロック共重合体との重量混合比が、ポリアミド系樹脂/スチレン−イソブチレンブロック共重合体=20/80〜90/10の範囲内である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の燃料電池用ホース。
