Description
Claims (9)
- 対象となる患者を受け入れるための第1の開口を持つ第1のトモグラフィック医療撮像装置、
前記対象となる患者を受け入れるための第2の開口を持つ第2のトモグラフィック医療撮像装置、
前記第1の撮像装置の前記第1の開口と略位置合わせされる患者を支持するための第1の患者支持構造体であり、前記第1の開口より下のローディング位置から前記第1の開口と略位置合わせされるスキャニング位置へ患者を持ち上げる第1の患者支持構造体、
前記第1の患者支持構造体から患者を受け取るための前記第1及び第2の開口に延在する第2の患者支持構造体、
前記第1及び第2の撮像装置の前記第1及び第2の開口を通り並進させるために前記第1及び第2の患者支持構造体上に患者を支持するためのパレット、及び
前記第1及び第2の患者支持構造体に沿って且つ前記第1及び第2の撮像装置の前記第1及び第2の開口を通り前記パレットをスライドするための駆動機構であって、前記第1の開口に向かい又は前記第1の開口から離れるほうに前記第1及び第2の患者支持構造体を実質的に移動させずに、前記パレットをスライドする駆動機構
を有する医療撮像器具。 - 前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口との間の距離は介護者と前記対象となる患者との間に直接のスキンシップを可能にする請求項1に記載の医療撮像器具。
- 前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口との間の前記距離は、介護者に前記第1の撮像装置と前記第2の撮像装置との間にいる前記対象となる患者に1つ以上の介入アプリケーションを行うことを可能にする請求項1に記載の医療撮像器具。
- 前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口との間の前記距離は、介護者にバイオプシー手法の少なくとも一部を前記対象となる患者に行うことを可能にする請求項3に記載の医療撮像器具。
- 前記第1の撮像装置は、CT、MRI、X線及び超音波装置からなるグループの1つを有する請求項1に記載の医療撮像器具。
- 前記第2の撮像装置は、SPECT及びPET装置からなるグループの1つを有する請求項1ないし5の何れか一項に記載の医療撮像器具。
- 前記第1及び第2の撮像装置の前記第1及び第2の開口の軸は、略位置合わせされている請求項1に記載の医療撮像器具。
- 前記駆動機構により前記第1の患者支持構造体から前記第2の患者支持構造体へ前記パレットをスライドする前に、前記第1及び第2の患者支持構造体を垂直方向に位置合わせするためのアクチュエータを1つ以上さらに含む請求項1に記載の医療撮像器具。
- 前記駆動機構は、
前記パレットに固定されるつなぎ綱、及び
前記第1の患者支持構造体から前記第2の患者支持構造体へ前記パレットをスライドするために前記つなぎ綱を引き込ませる、前記第2の患者支持構造体の前記第1及び前記第2の開口と逆側に固定されるリール及びモータ機構
を有する請求項1に記載の医療撮像器具。
