Description
Cl2+2NaOH → NaClO+NaCl+H2O (I)
−Dakin's solution(デーキン氏液)(French Pharmacopoeia(仏国薬局方)8 th edition(第8版). P. 1059)であり、約0.5%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム、同じ割合の塩化ナトリウム、1.5%の重炭酸ナトリウム及び1mg/100mlの過マンガン酸カリウムを含む。及び
−US Pharmacopoeia(米国薬局方、USP 24、p. 1535)に記載された皮膚殺菌溶液であり、0.02〜0.032%次亜塩素酸ナトリウム、1.02g/l一塩基リン酸ナトリウム、17.61g/l二塩基リン酸ナトリウムを含み、7.8〜8.2のpHを有する。USPに記載されていないが、この溶液は、濃縮した次亜塩素酸溶液から調整されるので、それは、少なくとも0.02〜0.032%塩化ナトリウムも含む。
次亜塩素酸ナトリウム: 1.15%(w/v)、1.1%活性塩素と当量
塩化ナトリウム: 18%(w/v)
塩素酸ナトリウム: 上述した量の次亜塩素酸ナトリムと相対して17〜26%
pH: 10〜10.5
これまで、これらの対象は、相互に互換性が無いと考えられてきた。なぜなら、既に理解されるように、アルカリpHは、安定性を確実にするが、皮膚及び粘膜への適用に対して有害な影響を有し、殺菌力を減少させるからである。他方、中性pHは、殺菌力は高いが、安定性が低い。
次亜塩素酸ナトリウム:0.021〜5.76%(w/v)、活性塩素の0.020〜5.50%(w/v)に等価。
塩素酸ナトリウム:次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの上述の量に相対的に1.7%
水:qs100ml
pH:10.1〜10.7
すなわち、それが、非常に簡単な装置で容易に迅速に調整されるので、経済的である。Dakinの溶液、pharmacopoeiasに記載された他の同様の溶液、及び電解液のように十分許容できる。電解液のように安定であり、それゆえすぐ役立つ溶液として薬局での販売に適する。濃度及び他の溶液の添加の点で、種々の必要性に容易に適合できる。高い殺菌効率を有する。及び非常に少量の塩素酸ナトリウムを含む。
以下の実施例は、本発明を説明するために使用するが、限定されない。
溶液1
希釈水750mlを、19.5%(w/v)の次亜塩素酸ナトリウム、18%(w/v)の塩化ナトリウム、及び10ppm未満の塩素酸ナトリウムを含み、pHが13である58.97mlの溶液へ加えた。
溶液2−3
pH修正の影響を調べるために、開始溶液のpHを1NHClで11として、その後、四ホウ酸ナトリウム(溶液2)と、重炭酸ナトリウム(溶液3)で10.5としたこと以外、実施例1に述べたように正確に行なった。
溶液4
塩化ナトリウムの影響を調べるために、塩化ナトリウムの量をその後18%(w/v)に上げた以外、方法を実施例1に述べたように正確に行なった。
安定性
溶液1〜4の安定性を、40℃の温度及び相対湿度75%を有する環境において75日間、室温(約24℃)で63日間試験した。
殺菌活性
実施例1の殺菌溶液の殺菌活性を、スタンダードUNI EN 1040に従って、前述の試験1に記載した電解溶液のものと比較した。
Claims (9)
- 10.1および10.7の間のpHを持ち、および0.021から5.76までの%(W/V)の次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを備え、緩衝剤フリーであり、および次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの前記量に関して、2%以下の塩素酸ナトリウムを含むことを特徴とする次亜塩素酸ナトリウム消毒剤溶液。
- 次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの0.52から2.09までの%(W/V)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶液。
- 前記pHが10.1および10.5の間であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の溶液。
- また、0.015から4までの%(W/V)の塩化ナトリウムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜3項のいずれか1項記載の溶液。
- さらに、着色剤を含む請求項1〜4項のいずれか1項記載の溶液。
- 次亜塩素酸ナトリウム消毒剤溶液を調製する方法であって、濃縮した次亜塩素酸ナトリウムの希釈を具え、希釈塩酸を加えることによって、この溶液のpHを10.1および10.7の間の値とすることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記濃縮溶液が、pH13を持ち、15.70から20.93までの%(W/V)の次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを備えることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 前記希釈塩酸溶液が0.01〜1モル/リットルの塩酸からなることを特徴とする請求項6又は7記載の方法。
- 前記希釈塩酸溶液が0.1〜1モル/リットルの塩酸からなることを特徴とする請求項8記載の方法。
