Description
(a)アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含有する濃縮物を混合装置/押出し加工機で冷却しながら処理することでアルカリ金属の乳酸塩の粉末を生じさせた後、
(b)段階(a)で得た粉末を担体と混合することで前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含有する粉末を生じさせる、
段階を含んで成る。
Claims (12)
- 粉末形態の安定なアルカリ金属乳酸塩を製造する方法であって、60−100%(質量/質量)のアルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含有する濃縮物を混合装置/押出し加工機で冷却しながら処理することでアルカリ金属の乳酸塩の粉末を生じさせる方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含有する濃縮物がアルカリ金属の乳酸塩の水溶液を濃縮することで得たものである請求項1記載の方法。
- 混合装置/押出し加工機で冷却しながら行う処理を130から170℃の出発温度で実施しそして冷却を10から100℃になるまで実施する請求項1または請求項2記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液を濃縮する前にそれを活性炭で処理しておく請求項2記載の方法。
- 混合装置/押出し加工機で冷却しながら処理している間に前記濃縮物を熱抽出機のカラムに続いて混合装置/押出し加工機で冷却する前請求項のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を担体と一緒にする前請求項のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前担体が穀物粉、澱粉、シリケートまたはアルカリ土類金属の乳酸塩である請求項6記載の方法。
- 混合装置/押出し加工機で冷却しながら処理して前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含んで成る粉末を生じさせる前に前記濃縮物と担体が一緒にされる、請求項6または請求項7記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩:担体の比率を前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含んで成る粉末の重量を基準にして50:50から10:90の範囲にする請求項8記載の方法。
- a)アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含有する濃縮物を混合装置/押出し加工機で冷却しながら処理することでアルカリ金属の乳酸塩の粉末を生じさせた後、
b)段階(a)で得た粉末を担体と混合することで前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含んで成る粉末を生じさせる、
請求項6または7記載の方法。 - 段階(b)に先立って前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩の粉末を粉砕してより小さな粒子サイズにしておく請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩の粉末:担体の比率を前記アルカリ金属の乳酸塩を含んで成る粉末の重量を基準にして99:1から50:50の範囲にする請求項10または11記載の方法。
