Claims (1)
- 金属化フィルムを巻回して形成した巻回体の両端面にメタリコン電極を形成し、この電極部に外部端子を取り付けたコンデンサ素子を、外装ケースに収納し、この外装ケースの開口部を樹脂封止してなるフィルムコンデンサの製造方法において、
前記コンデンサ素子をフィラーを含まない液状の熱硬化性樹脂に減圧状態で浸漬して、前記コンデンサ素子の外周を液状樹脂にて被覆し、液状樹脂を加熱硬化して樹脂層を形成した後に、前記コンデンサ素子を前記外装ケースに収納し、前記外装ケースにフィラー含有樹脂を充填して硬化することを特徴とするフィルムコンデンサの製造方法。
