Description
該熱成形工程は、該前成形体の熱成形主部をブロー成形して延伸し、加熱して熱固定し、次いでプラグ部材の成形形状にシュリンクバックして賦形し、冷却する工程を含んでいるとともに、
該熱成形工程に先立って或いは該熱成形工程中で、該フランジ部の上面側に少なくとも非晶質もしくは低結晶質のヒートシール部が残るように、該フランジ部の下面を選択的に結晶化せしめるフランジ部選択的結晶化処理工程が遂行されており、
該フランジ部の上面にはヒートシール部となる凸部が設けられており、該フランジ部選択的結晶化処理工程において、該凸部の流動を規制しながら該フランジ部の加圧延伸を行うことにより、該フランジ部の下面を選択的に配向結晶化せしめることを特徴とする製造方法が提供される。
本発明においては、上述した前処理成形体2のフランジ部6の下側を選択的に結晶化処理することが重要であり、これによりヒートシール性に優れたフランジを有するカップ状容器を製造することができる。

Claims (2)
- 熱成形主部とフランジ部とからなる熱可塑性樹脂前成形体を、熱成形してカップ形状熱可塑性樹脂容器を成形する熱成形工程を含む熱可塑性樹脂容器の製造方法において、
該熱成形工程は、該前成形体の熱成形主部をブロー成形して延伸し、加熱して熱固定し、次いでプラグ部材の成形形状にシュリンクバックして賦形し、冷却する工程を含んでいるとともに、
該熱成形工程に先立って或いは該熱成形工程中で、該フランジ部の上面側に少なくとも非晶質もしくは低結晶質のヒートシール部が残るように、該フランジ部の下面を選択的に結晶化せしめるフランジ部選択的結晶化処理工程が遂行されており、
該フランジ部の上面にはヒートシール部となる凸部が設けられており、該フランジ部選択的結晶化処理工程において、該凸部の流動を規制しながら該フランジ部の加圧延伸を行うことにより、該フランジ部の下面を選択的に配向結晶化せしめることを特徴とする製造方法。 - 該フランジ部選択的結晶化処理工程が該熱成形工程に先立って遂行される請求項1に記載の製造方法。
