Claims (9)
- システムキッチン用のシンクの表面を保護するための表面保護構造において、
前記シンクの底面のみには、平滑面に突設された複数の半球状の凸部によるエンボス模様が形成され、
前記各凸部は、被接触物に対して点接触され、
前記平滑面に対する前記凸部の頂点の高さは0.05〜0.15mmであり、
かつ少なくとも一の方向(横方向平坦部長さLx又は縦方向平坦部長さLy)に隣接する凸部間の間隔は2.0〜3.0mmであること
を特徴とする表面保護構造。 - 前記エンボス模様上には、汚染除去性が良好な表面処理が施されていること
を特徴とする請求項1記載の表面保護構造。 - 前記一の方向に直交する他の方向に隣接する凸部間の間隔が2.0〜3.0mmであること
を特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の表面保護構造。 - 前記一の方向及び前記他の方向以外の方向に隣接する凸部間の間隔が2.0mm未満であること
を特徴とする請求項3に記載の表面保護構造。 - 前記凸部の高さH(mm)、横方向平坦部長さLx(mm)及び縦方向平坦部長さLy(mm)の組み合わせ(H,Lx,Ly)は、(0.05,2.5,2.5)、(0.05,2.0,2.0)、(0.1,2.5,2.5)であること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護構造。 - 前記凸部は、千鳥状であって、横方向平坦部長さLx及び縦方向平坦部長さLyを夫々2.5mmであり、斜め方向平坦部長さLaが1.33mmであること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の表面保護構造。 - 前記シンクはステンレス鋼製であること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護構造。 - 前記シンクの排水口及び周壁のうち少なくとも一方と、前記エンボス模様との間の連続した領域には、凹凸のない余白部が設けられていること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護構造。 - 前記汚染除去性が良好な表面処理により、前記エンボス模様上に透光性を有する膜が形成されていること
を特徴とする請求項8に記載の表面保護構造。
