図1(A)及び図1(B)は、本発明の実施の形態1にかかる燃料電池システム10の構成を示す模式図である。燃料電池システム10は、主として、炭化水素系燃料、水、空気を原料として、水素リッチな燃料ガス(改質ガス)を生成する外部加熱可能な熱交換型の改質器12と、改質ガスを燃料とし、空気を酸化ガスとして用いて、電力を発生する燃料電池14とを有している。
次に、本発明の実施の形態2について説明する。図2(A)及び図2(B)は、実施の形態2にかかる燃料電池システム10の構成を示す模式図である。実施の形態2の燃料電池システム10の基本的な構成は実施の形態1と同様である。
次に、本発明の実施の形態3について説明する。図3(A)及び図3(B)は、実施の形態3にかかる燃料電池システム10の構成を示す模式図である。実施の形態3の燃料電池システム10の基本的な構成は実施の形態1と同様である。

Claims (4)
- 炭化水素系燃料の供給を受け、改質反応により水素を含む改質ガスを生成する改質部と、前記改質部へ熱を供給する燃焼部と、を有する改質器と、
アノードに前記改質ガスの供給を受けると共に、カソードに酸素を含むカソードガスの供給を受けて、電力を発生する燃料電池と、
前記カソードから排出されるカソードオフガスを前記改質部に供給するカソードオフガス供給手段と、
システムの暖機時に、前記カソードをバイパスして前記カソードガスを前記改質部に直接供給するバイパス手段と、
を備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池システム。 - システムの暖機時に、前記改質部に供給した前記カソードガスにより前記炭化水素系燃料をリーン燃焼させることを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料電池システム。
- システムの暖機完了後、前記改質部に供給した前記カソードオフガス及び前記炭化水素系燃料を原料として前記改質ガスを生成することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の燃料電池システム。
- 前記燃料電池に冷却用流体を供給する冷却用流体供給手段と、
システムの暖機時に、前記冷却用流体の供給を停止する冷却用流体供給停止手段と、
を更に備えたことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の燃料電池システム。
