Description

Claims (20)
- 患者の体内における目標部位に医療装置を導入するための医療システムにおいて、
導入器カニューレと、
前記導入器カニューレ内に取り出し可能に配置され、目標部位に近接する患者の体内に挿入される導入器スタイレットと、
前記導入器カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能であり、前記目標部位に対する前記導入器カニューレの位置を確認するように構成される目標確認装置と、
生検装置と、を備えており、前記生検装置は、前記導入器カニューレ内に選択的に配置される外側カニューレと、少なくとも部分的に前記外側カニューレ内に配置される内側カニューレとを備えている、医療システム。 - 前記導入器カニューレは、部位マーカー、麻酔薬、流体、タンポナーデ、及び止血剤の内の少なくとも1つを導入するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記導入器スタイレットは、前記目標確認装置である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標確認装置は、磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料は、前記目標確認装置の遠位端近くに配置された帯である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記システムは、磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)に対する適合性を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料は、前記目標確認装置を患者の組織から区別できる形状である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
- 前記導入器スタイレットの遠位端は組織穿刺部材を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記導入器カニューレは内側ルーメンを含んでおり、前記内側ルーメンと連通する流体導管が設けられている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記流体導管は方向弁を含んでいる、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標確認装置は、前記目標確認装置が前記導入器カニューレに挿入された際に、前記導入器カニューレの第2嵌合インターフェースに係合する第1嵌合インターフェースを有する近位端を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記導入器カニューレは、止血弁を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標確認装置は、アーチファクトを生じるのが比較的少ない材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記生検装置は、柄と、前記目標部位から組織を取り出すための組織受け入れ開口が形成されている切断部と、を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標確認装置の近位端と遠位端の間の距離は、前記生検装置の前記組織受け入れ開口の中心と前記柄との間の距離に略等しい、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標確認装置は、標的帯を含んでいる、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標確認装置の近位端と前記標的帯との間の距離は、前記生検装置の前記組織受け入れ開口の中心と前記柄の間の距離に略等しい、請求項16に記載のシステム。
- 前記切断部の長さは、前記導入器スタイレットの長さに略等しい、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標確認装置の長さは、前記導入器スタイレットの長さに略等しい、請求項14に記載のシステム。
- 前記目標部位から前記組織を取り出した後に形成された生検部位を吸引する吸引手段を更に備えている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
