Claims (26)

  1. 医療用標的及び装置の導入システムにおいて、
    カニューレと、
    前記カニューレ内に取り出し可能に配置された導入器スタイレットと、
    前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能な目標確認装置と、を備えているシステム。
  2. 前記カニューレは、生検装置、部位マーカー、麻酔薬、流体、タンポナーデ、及び止血剤の内の少なくとも1つを導入するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のシステム。
  3. 前記導入器スタイレットは、前記目標確認装置である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
  4. 前記目標確認装置は、磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
  5. 前記磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料は、前記目標確認装置の遠位端近くに配置された帯である、請求項4に記載のシステム。
  6. 前記システムは、磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)に対する適合性を有する、請求項1に記載のシステム。
  7. 磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)との使用に適した生検システムにおいて、
    患者の組織に挿入可能なカニューレと、
    前記カニューレ内に取り出し可能に配置され、組織穿刺できるように構成された導入器スタイレットと、
    前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能で、磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料を含んでいる目標確認装置と、
    前記カニューレ内に選択的に挿入可能な生検装置と、を備えているシステム。
  8. 前記カニューレは、部位マーカー、麻酔薬、流体、タンポナーデ、及び止血剤の内の少なくとも1つを患者体内へ導入するように構成されている、請求項7に記載のシステム。
  9. 前記磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料は、前記目標確認装置を患者の組織から区別できる形状である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
  10. 前記磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料は、前記目標確認装置の遠位端近くに配置された帯である、請求項7に記載のシステム。
  11. 前記生検システムは、磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)に対する適合性を有する、請求項7に記載のシステム。
  12. 医療システムにおいて、
    患者体内の目標部位近くに挿入できるように構成された導入器スタイレットと、
    前記導入器スタイレットに外挿できる大きさであり、前記導入器スタイレットの挿入及び除去後に、患者体内に少なくとも部分的には配置可能である、外側カニューレと、
    前記導入器スタイレットの除去後に前記外側カニューレに挿入可能であり、前記外側カニューレの前記目標部位に対する位置を確認できるように構成された目標確認装置と、を備えているシステム。
  13. 前記導入器スタイレットの遠位端は組織穿刺部材を含んでいる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
  14. 前記外側カニューレは、内側ルーメンと、前記内側ルーメンと連通するように設けられた流体導管とを含んでいる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
  15. 前記流体導管は方向弁を含んでいる、請求項14に記載のシステム。
  16. 前記目標確認装置は、前記目標確認装置が前記外側カニューレに挿入された際に、前記外側カニューレの第2嵌合インターフェースに係合する第1嵌合インターフェースを有する近位端を含んでいる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
  17. 前記外側カニューレは、止血弁を含んでいる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
  18. 前記目標確認装置は、磁気共鳴映像法(MRI)で識別可能な材料を含んでいる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
  19. 前記目標確認装置は、アーチファクトを生じるのが比較的少ない材料を含んでいる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
  20. 柄と、前記目標部位から組織を取り出すための組織受け入れ開口が形成されている切断部と、を含んでいる生検装置を更に含んでいる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
  21. 前記目標確認装置の近位端と遠位端の間の距離は、前記生検装置の前記組織受け入れ開口の中心と前記柄との間の距離に略等しい、請求項20に記載のシステム。
  22. 前記目標確認装置は、標的帯を含んでいる、請求項20に記載のシステム。
  23. 前記目標確認装置の近位端と前記標的帯との間の距離は、前記生検装置の前記組織受け入れ開口と前記柄の間の距離に略等しい、請求項22に記載のシステム。
  24. 前記切断部の長さは、前記導入器スタイレットの長さに略等しい、請求項20に記載のシステム。
  25. 前記目標確認装置の長さは、前記導入器スタイレットの長さに略等しい、請求項20に記載のシステム。
  26. 前記目標部位から前記組織を取り出した後に形成された生検部位を吸引する吸引手段を更に備えている、請求項20に記載のシステム。
