Description
それぞれの噴射ノズルに、逆止弁が所属して設けられていること、
これら逆止弁が、供給管路内において、それぞれの噴射ノズルの直前に、配設されていること、
それぞれの逆止弁が、供給管路に接続されたブロック内に配設されており、このブロックが、上記噴射ビームの表面に配設された噴射ノズルとは別個に且つ解離可能に上記噴射ビームと結合されていること、
噴射ノズルが、個別に開閉可能であること、および、
逆止弁が、ばね力及び重量負荷、またはいずれか一方に抗して開放するように構成されていること、
によって解決される。
電気液圧的な制御装置12を介して、選択的に、約200barの圧力を有する高圧水、または、10barに至るまでの圧力を有する低圧水が、供給導管8内へと供給される。

Claims (3)
- 炉内において圧延の間または鋳造の際に圧延材の表面に発生するスケールを除去するための、その噴射ビームの表面に配設された多数の噴射ノズルを有する、液圧的なスケール除去設備の噴射ビームであって、
その際、それぞれの噴射ノズルに、水が供給管路を介して供給される様式の上記噴射ビームにおいて、
それぞれの噴射ノズル(2.1〜2.n)に、逆止弁(13.1〜13.n)が所属して設けられていること、
これら逆止弁(13.1〜13.n)が、供給管路(4.1〜4.n)内において、それぞれの噴射ノズル(2.1〜2.n)の直前に、配設されていること、
それぞれの逆止弁(13.1〜13.n)が、供給管路(4)に接続されたブロック(17)内に配設されており、このブロックが、上記噴射ビームの表面に配設された噴射ノズルとは別個に且つ解離可能に上記噴射ビーム(1)と結合されていること、
噴射ノズル(2.1〜2.n)が、個別に開閉可能であること、および、
逆止弁(13.1〜13.n)が、ばね力及び重量負荷、またはいずれか一方に抗して開放するように構成されていること、
を特徴とする噴射ビーム。 - それぞれの逆止弁(13.1〜13.n)は、流過方向に抗して、この逆止弁の遮断機構に対して作用する閉鎖ばね(16)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の噴射ビーム。
- 逆止弁(13.1〜13.n)は、少なくとも、耐腐食性の材料から成っていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の噴射ビーム。
