Description
本发明涉及用于水力除鳞设备的喷水梁,在喷水梁表面上装有若干喷嘴。
在炉子、轧制或铸造时产生的氧化皮会导致严重的工具磨损或轧辊磨损,这种氧化皮也有碍于及早识别浇铸缺陷,由此降低了最终产品的质量。
氧化皮可以采用化学方式、电化学方式或机械方式加以清除。利用水力除鳞设备可以实现有效的机械式除鳞,该设备采用高压水射流来清除一次氧化皮或二次氧化皮。
在这里,在高压下被喷到炽热的起皮钢表面上的高压水束起到了清除氧化皮的作用。重要的工艺参数就是冷却效果和破碎效果,它们的发生主要取决于单位时间内射出的水量、喷嘴之前的水压及喷嘴距要除鳞材料的距离。
已知的水力除鳞设备都具有一根其表面上装有若干喷嘴的喷水梁。
在DE 3733131 A1中公开了一种喷水梁,其中,各个喷嘴可通过单独的喷射阀门来开关。利用这样的喷水梁,可以使能源消耗和用水量适应于要除鳞的轧件的宽度。
此外,在DE 198 05 377 A1中公开了一种喷水梁,它具有排成一排的多个喷嘴,其中,这些喷嘴可通过操作一个共同的调节机构来分别地开关。所述调节机构可以有选择地在一个用于喷射水的分配管中轴向移动、转动或被拧入该分配管中及被从中旋出来。
除了准确匹配于轧制材料宽度之外,在待轧特种钢的范围不断扩大的情况下,从带钢头到带钢尾的温度恒定性也起到决定性的作用。最后,有时需要这样的轧制方法,其中不应该在轧制材料每次通过轧机机架时同时也向之喷水,因为否则轧制材料表面会冷却过快。
本发明的任务是提供一种喷水梁,采用这种喷水梁,可以确保从轧制材料的头端至其尾端地获得高的温度恒定性并可以防止轧制材料表面的过快冷却。
上述任务的解决方案基于下述设想:使喷射水可以被准确地接通和关断,特别是在轧制带钢的头端和尾端处。为此,必须有效地阻止剩余水从喷嘴中喷出来。
具体地说,本发明提供一种水力除鳞设备的喷水梁,它有多个喷嘴,每个所述喷嘴通过一个供水通道接受供水,其特点是,每个所述喷嘴配有一个止回阀,所述止回阀在所述供水通道中被直接安置在每个所述喷嘴之前。
如果喷水梁具有至少一个用于向喷嘴供水的分配管并且从分配管分支出通向各喷嘴的供水通道,则可以特别有效地降低不希望有的剩余水量,其做法就是,在供水通道中都安置止回阀,最好直接安置在每个喷嘴之前。
一旦除鳞设备的液压控制装置阻断了水,则止回阀马上不会让水到达轧制材料上。
为了能够适应于轧制材料的宽度,根据本发明的一个有利实施方式,各喷嘴按已知的方式都是可单独接通的。
每个止回阀都适当地配有一个于流动方向相反地作用的回动弹簧,从而使止回阀可借助回动弹簧的弹力被打开。回动弹簧的弹力与喷水梁中的水压是相一致的。一旦水流受阻,则水压亦降低,而回动弹簧则使止回阀的锁闭件移入关闭位置上。
止回阀的维护和/或更换可被简化,只要每个止回阀都装在一个被接入供水通道中的座块中即可,该座块可卸下地同喷水梁相连。
为避免止回阀失灵,止回阀最好用耐蚀材料做成。
本发明的其它优点和细节见下面关于一个实施例的说明。原理图表示:

图1表示本发明的喷水梁1的一横断面,它有排成一排的多个喷嘴2。喷水梁1有一个分配管3,从该分配管分支出通向喷嘴2.1-2.8的供水通道4.1-4.8。喷嘴2.1-2.8是排成行的(参看图2)。
利用分配管3将水4送往喷嘴2.1-2.8并由喷嘴将水喷到待除鳞的轧制材料5上,该轧制材料沿图1所示的箭头方向6移动。
在分配管3的一个管接头7上连接着一条供水管8,该供水管将分配管同用于高压水和低压水的供给管路9、11连接起来。通过一个电动液压的控制装置12,可以有选择地将压力约为200巴的高压水或压力为10巴以下的低压水送入供水管8中。
直接在每个喷嘴2.1-2.8之前安装一个止回阀13.1-13.8。每个止回阀13.1-13.8都有一个与流动方向15相反地作用于锁闭件14上的回动弹簧16。该回动弹簧可促使锁闭件14立即关闭供水通道4.1-4.8,一旦电动液压的控制装置12阻止供水管路9、11供水时。
仍会残留在供水管8中或供水通道4.1-4.8中的水可以有效地通过止回阀13.1至13.8加以抑制。由于要看除鳞设备是用低压水还是用高压水来工作来设置不同强度的回动弹簧16,所以在座块17上安装有止回阀13,这些止回阀可拧在喷水梁1上。座块17具有对应于供水通道4.1-4.8的入口和出口,所以水的流通是通过集成在该座块中的止回阀实现的。
仅为一设置在带材5上方的喷水梁而示出的控制装置也可以按照与设置在带材下方的控制装置一样的方式来设计。

1.水力除鳞设备的喷水梁,它有多个喷嘴,其中每个喷嘴通过一个供水通道接受供水,其特征在于:每个所述喷嘴(2.1-2.n)配有一个止回阀(13.1-13.n),所述止回阀(13.1-13.n)在所述供水通道(4.1-4.n)中被直接安置在每个所述喷嘴(2.1-2.n)之前。
2.按权利要求1所述的喷水梁,其特征在于:所述喷嘴(2.1-2.n)可以单独地接通。
3.按权利要求1或者2所述的喷水梁,其特征在于:每个所述止回阀(13.1-13.n)可借助复位力且特别是弹力和/或重力负荷开启。
4.按权利要求3所述的喷水梁,其特征在于:每个所述止回阀(13.1-13.n)具有一个与流动方向相反地作用于该止回阀的锁闭件上的回动弹簧(16)。
5.按权利要求1或者2所述的喷水梁,其特征在于:每个所述止回阀(13.1-13.n)安置在一个接入该供水通道(4)中的座块(17)里,该座块可卸下地与该喷水梁(1)相连。
6.按权利要求1或者2所述的喷水梁,其特征在于:至少这些止回阀(13.1-13.n)是用耐蚀材料做成的。
