Claims (16)
- エンジンと、バッテリーと、エンジン又はバッテリーにより駆動され車輪を駆動するようにされたモーター・ジェネレータと、ハイブリッド電気自動車を監視及び制御する制御モジュールとを持つハイブリッド電気自動車におけるバッテリーを加熱する方法であって、
上記バッテリーの温度が所定値を下回るか否かを判断する工程と、
ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいる、ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいる、又はバッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達したか否かの判断を判断する工程と、
上記バッテリーの温度が上記所定値を下回り、上記ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいる、ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいる、又はバッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達した場合に、バッテリー電流の極性を反転させる工程と、
を有し、
上記ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいる又はドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいるときの上記バッテリーの極性反転速度は、上記ターミナル電圧が限界値に到達したときの極性反転速度よりも高速であることを特徴とする方法。 - ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいるときに、バッテリー電圧を計測し、該バッテリー電圧が低い場合にバッテリー電流の極性を反転させない工程を含む、請求項1の方法。
- ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいるときに、バッテリー電圧を計測し、該バッテリー電圧が高い場合にバッテリー電流の極性を反転させない工程を含む、請求項1の方法。
- 上記バッテリーの温度を判定する工程が、上記所定値とバッテリー温度センサーからの測定値との比較を含む、前記請求項1乃至3のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいるか否かの判断が、アクセル・ペダル・センサーの位置の変化に基く、請求項1の方法。
- ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいるか否かの判断が、ブレーキ・ペダル位置センサー又はアクセル・ペダル位置センサーの位置変化に基く、請求項1の方法。
- バッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達したか否かの判断が、ターミナル電圧値と、上記バッテリーの分極抵抗電圧を表す限界値との比較を有する、請求項1の方法。
- エンジンと、バッテリーと、エンジン又はバッテリーにより駆動され車輪を駆動するようにされたモーター・ジェネレータと、ハイブリッド電気自動車を監視及び制御する制御モジュールとを持つハイブリッド電気自動車におけるバッテリーを加熱する方法であって、
上記バッテリーの温度が所定値を下回るか否かを判断する工程と、
前回の極性反転が完了したか否かを判断する工程と、
ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいるか否かを判断する工程と、
ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいるか否かを判断する工程と、
バッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達したか否かを判断する工程と、
上記バッテリーの温度が上記所定値を下回り、上記前回の極性反転が完了し、かつドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいる、ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいる又はバッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達した場合に、バッテリー電流の極性を反転させる工程と、
を有し、
上記バッテリーの極性反転が、上記ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいる、又は、ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいる場合に第1速度で生じ、上記バッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達した場合に第2速度で生じる、方法。 - 上記前回の極性反転が完了したか否かを判断する工程が、前回の極性反転が完了したか否かを判定した後での、バッテリーの充電又は放電の有無の判定を有する、請求項8の方法。
- バッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達したか否かの判断が、ターミナル電圧値と、上記バッテリーの分極抵抗電圧を表す限界値との比較を有する、請求項8又は9に記載の方法。
- バッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達したか否かを判断するステップが更に、ターミナル電圧値がバッテリー放電中の第1限界値よりも大きいことの判断を更に有する、請求項10の方法。
- バッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達したか否かを判断するステップが更に、ターミナル電圧値がバッテリー充電中の第2限界値よりも小さいことの判断を更に有する、請求項11の方法。
- 上記バッテリーの極性を反転する工程が更に、出力目標レベルの計算と、バッテリー電流の極性の出力目標レベルへの反転とを更に有する、請求項8乃至12のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 上記ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいるか否かを判断する工程が、アクセル・ペダル位置センサーの位置変化に基く、請求項8乃至13のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- 上記ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいるか否かを判断する工程が、ブレーキ・ペダル位置センサー又はアクセル・ペダル位置センサーの位置変化に基く、請求項8乃至14のいずれか1つに記載の方法。
- エンジンと、バッテリーと、エンジン又はバッテリーにより駆動され車輪を駆動するようにされたモーター・ジェネレータと、ハイブリッド電気自動車を監視及び制御する制御モジュールとを持つハイブリッド電気自動車におけるバッテリーを加熱する方法であって、
上記バッテリーの温度が所定値を下回るか否かを判断する工程と、
前回の極性反転が完了したか否かを判断し、該前回の極性反転が完了するまで次の極性反転が行なわれるのを禁止する工程と、
バッテリーが充電又は放電中であるか否かを判断する工程と、
バッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達したか否かを判断し、該バッテリーのターミナル電圧が限界値に到達した場合には、バッテリー電流の極性を第1速度で反転する工程と、
ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいるか否かを判断し、該ドライバーが更なる動力若しくは車両加速を望んでいる場合には、バッテリー電流の極性を第2速度で反転する工程と、
ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいるか否かを判断し、該ドライバーが動力を望んでいない若しくは減速を望んでいる場合には、バッテリー電流の極性を第2速度で反転する工程と、
を有し、上記第2速度は、上記第1速度よりも速いことを特徴とする方法。
