Description
本発明は独立請求項の上位概念に記載の拘束手段のドライブ装置から出発している。
これに対して独立請求項の特徴部分に記載の構成を有する本発明の拘束手段のドライブ装置は、合理性信号がシステムに関係しない車両センサによって生成される。このような車両センサは、拘束システムの外部に存在する車両センサである。すなわち制御装置に配置されておらず、制御装置の外部にあるクラッシュセンサでもない車両センサである。これにより速度面での利点が生じ、合理性センサを完全に省略できることにもなる。
本発明の実施例は図面に示されておりかつ以下の説明において詳細に説明される。
図1は本発明の装置のブロック線図を示しかつ
図2は本発明の装置のシーケンス図を示している。
エアバックは何年来自動車の安全装備に属している。火薬システム(パイロテクニックシステム)のトリガのために電気制御装置のソフトウエアでアルゴリズムが計算される。このアルゴリズムへの入力量は通例、クラッシュしきい値を検出するためのセンサ信号、例えば加速度信号および圧力信号、並びに乗員占有、ベルト錠の閉鎖などに関する情報である。
1. 付加コスト
例えばX方向、すなわち走行方向の加速度信号を合理性判断するために付加的なXセンサを使用すれば、安全性構想のためにしか用いられず、付加的な顧客利用が見込めないコストが発生する。
2. 性能
例えば側面衝突の検知のために、周辺センサをクラッシュゾーンで使用すれば、確かにトリガ決定を迅速に行うことができるが、それに次いで中央装置での安全性センサの合理性判断を待たなければならないことになる。これは、加速度が中央制御装置で数ms後に初めて測定可能になるからである。
そこで本発明によれば合理性判断のために、走行ダイナミック特性の調整のためのESP制御装置15およびノック調整部16の信号も使用することが提案される。ESP制御装置15は走行ダイナミック状態を指示し、これにより起こったかもしれないクラッシュの発生を推定することができる。ノック調整部16は持続的に、機関ブロックにおける固体伝搬音信号を監視する。この固体伝搬音信号もクラッシュサインを含んでいることがあり、この種のクラッシュの識別を可能にする。これら信号の両方またはそのうちの1つを使用すれば、クラッシュセンサを用いた合理性判断を場合によっては省略することさえできる。
Claims (4)
- 拘束手段(17)のドライブ装置であって、
該ドライブ装置は、制御装置(11)の内部および外部にクラッシュセンサ(10,12,13,14)を有しており、
該ドライブ装置は、クラッシュ信号を前記制御装置(11)の外部にある車両センサからの合理性信号によって検査するように構成されている
形式のものにおいて、
当該ドライブ装置は、走行ダイナミック調整部(15)から合理性信号を受け取り、
圧力センサである側面衝突センサ(10,14)のクラッシュ信号の合理性判断のために、前記走行ダイナミック調整部(15)からの前記合理性信号を使用し、
前記クラッシュ信号および前記合理性信号に依存して前記拘束手段(17)を制御する
ことを特徴とする装置。 - ドライブ装置はノック調整部(16)から合理性信号を受け取る
請求項1記載の装置。 - ノック調整部(16)は固体伝搬音信号をクラッシュサインについて評価し、クラッシュサインに依存して前記合理性信号を生成する
請求項2記載の装置。 - ドライブ装置は、クラッシュセンサ(10,12,13,14)の少なくとも1つによって第2の合理性信号を生成し、前記クラッシュ信号と、前記走行ダイナミック調整部(15)からの合理性信号または前記第2の合理性信号とに依存して拘束手段を制御する
請求項1記載の装置。
