Description
図1において、有機性汚泥を汚泥供給経路20から汚泥濃縮装置5に供給し、濃縮された濃縮汚泥を濃縮汚泥供給経路21から嫌気性消化槽1に供給すると共に、分離した分離液を分離液抜き出し経路22から後段の晶析脱燐装置4に供給する。
次に、上記の嫌気性消化汚泥を高温状態で熱可溶化処理して脱燐する有機性廃棄物の嫌気性消化処理方法の有効性を裏付ける実験例について以下詳述する。
下水汚泥(汚泥濃度4重量%)を、温度を変化させて可溶化処理し、MLVSS減少率、CODcr可溶化率、PO4−P/T−P比率の変化を測定した。その結果を表1に示す。
CODcr可溶化率:処理前の非溶解性CODcrに対し、熱処理で減少した非溶解性CODcrの比率
PO4−P/T−P比率:汚泥中の全燐(T−P)に対する燐酸態(PO4−P)の比率

Claims (10)
- 有機性廃棄物を嫌気性消化処理する方法において、少なくとも下記(イ)(ロ)(ハ)(へ)(ホ)工程を設けたことを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
(イ)上記有機性廃棄物を嫌気性消化処理する嫌気性消化工程。
(ロ)上記嫌気性消化工程で処理された消化汚泥の少なくとも一部を可溶化処理する可溶化工程。
(ハ)上記可溶化工程で可溶化された可溶化汚泥及びその分離液の少なくとも一方を上記嫌気性消化工程に循環する可溶化汚泥循環工程。
(へ)上記嫌気性消化工程で処理された消化汚泥の残部を濃縮する消化汚泥濃縮工程を設け、該消化汚泥濃縮工程で濃縮された濃縮消化汚泥の一部を上記嫌気性消化工程に循環し、残部の濃縮消化汚泥を脱水処理する消化汚泥脱水工程に供給し、上記消化汚泥濃縮工程で分離した分離液を下記晶析脱燐工程に供給する工程。
(ホ)上記消化汚泥脱水工程で分離された分離液及び上記消化汚泥濃縮工程で分離した分離液中の燐を晶析脱燐する晶析脱燐工程。 - さらに、有機性廃棄物を濃縮する有機性廃棄物濃縮工程を設け、該有機性廃棄物濃縮工程で濃縮された廃棄物を嫌気性消化工程に供給し、分離した分離液を晶析脱燐工程に供給する請求項1記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- 有機性廃棄物を嫌気性消化処理する方法において、少なくとも下記(イ)’(ロ)’(ハ)’(へ)’(ホ)’工程を設けたことを特徴とする有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
(イ)’上記有機性廃棄物を嫌気性消化処理する第一嫌気性消化工程。
(ロ)’上記嫌気性消化工程で処理された消化汚泥の少なくとも一部を可溶化処理する可溶化工程。
(ハ)’上記可溶化工程で可溶化された可溶化汚泥及びその分離液の少なくとも一方を嫌気性消化処理する第二嫌気性消化工程。
(へ)’上記第二嫌気性消化工程で処理された消化汚泥を濃縮する消化汚泥濃縮工程を設け、該消化汚泥濃縮工程で濃縮された濃縮消化汚泥の一部を上記第二嫌気性消化工程に循環し、残部の濃縮消化汚泥を脱水処理する消化汚泥脱水工程に供給し、上記消化汚泥濃縮工程で分離した分離液を下記晶析脱燐工程に供給する工程。
(ホ)’上記消化汚泥脱水工程で分離された分離液及び上記消化汚泥濃縮工程で分離した分離液中の燐を晶析脱燐する晶析脱燐工程。 - さらに、有機性廃棄物を濃縮する有機性廃棄物濃縮工程を設け、該有機性廃棄物濃縮工程で濃縮された廃棄物を第一嫌気性消化工程に供給し、分離した分離液を晶析脱燐工程に供給する請求項3記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- 可溶化工程が、処理温度120〜230℃の高温状態で熱可溶化処理する工程である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- さらに、可溶化工程に供給する消化汚泥と可溶化工程からの可溶化汚泥とを熱交換して可溶化汚泥の熱量を回収する熱回収工程を設けた請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- さらに、可溶化工程に供給する消化汚泥を濃縮する消化汚泥濃縮工程を設け、該消化汚泥濃縮工程で濃縮された消化汚泥を可溶化工程に供給し、分離した分離液を晶析脱燐工程に供給する請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- さらに、可溶化汚泥中のアンモニアをストリッピングにより除去する脱アンモニア工程を設け、該脱アンモニア工程でアンモニアが除去された可溶化汚泥を嫌気性消化工程に供給する請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- さらに、可溶化汚泥から固形分を分離する固液分離工程を設け、該固液分離工程で分離された分離液を嫌気性消化工程に供給する請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
- 消化汚泥脱水工程で脱水処理した脱水汚泥の少なくとも一部を可溶化工程に供給する請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の有機性廃棄物の処理方法。
