Claims (11)
- 接地を条件とする真空容器内に、固定電極と可動電極を有する開閉部を収納するとともに、母線側導体と負荷側導体を前記真空容器の内外に亘って配置し、前記固定電極と前記可動電極を、それぞれ前記真空容器内に配置される配線用導体を介して前記母線側導体と前記負荷側導体のうちいずれか一方に接続し、前記固定電極及び可動電極の周囲に、前記開閉部の開閉動作に伴って発生するアークを遮蔽する中間シールドを配置した真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記真空容器の中間シールドが配置されている以外の内側であって、前記各導体の電界集中部位の一部又は全部を覆うように遮蔽板を配置し、該遮蔽板は前記電界集中部位と前記真空容器の間において前記真空容器に対して絶縁した状態で前記真空容器に固定され、かつ、前記各導体の電界集中部位は前記各導体に存する角部、屈曲部、突起部もしくは端部であり、該電界集中部位を微粒子異物により発生する絶縁破壊現象によって生じる荷電粒子から前記遮蔽板で遮蔽することを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。 - 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記遮蔽板は、金属板で構成されて、絶縁部材を介して前記真空容器に固定されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記遮蔽板は、セラミックを含む絶縁物で構成されて、絶縁部材を介して前記真空容器に固定されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記遮蔽板は、板状絶縁物で構成されて、絶縁部材を介して前記真空容器に固定されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 請求項2に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、絶縁部材を介して前記真空容器に固定され、前記金属板は、その一部または全部が絶縁被覆されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記遮蔽板と前記真空容器との距離は、前記母線側導体に接続される電力系統の運転電圧に耐圧する距離に設定されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記遮蔽板は、前記開閉部、前記母線側導体、前記負荷側導体および容器内配線用導体のうち電界集中部位に相対向して配置されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記遮蔽板は、前記開閉部、前記母線側導体、前記負荷側導体および容器内配線用導体のうち電界集中部位に相対向して、前記真空容器の下部側に配置されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記遮蔽板は、金属板で構成されて、絶縁部材を介して前記真空容器に固定され、前記絶縁部材の表面には、前記金属板と前記真空容器とを結ぶ高抵抗の導電層が形成されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 請求項1に記載の真空スイッチギヤにおいて、前記遮蔽板は、複数枚で構成され、前記各遮蔽板間には絶縁部材が挿入されてなることを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
- 接地を条件とする真空容器内に、固定電極と可動電極を有する開閉部を相数分収納するとともに、母線側導体と負荷側導体を前記真空容器の内外に亘って相数分配置し、前記各相の固定電極と前記各相の可動電極を、それぞれ各相の容器内配線用導体を介して前記各相の母線側導体と前記各相の負荷側導体のうちいずれか一方に接続し、前記固定電極及び前記可動電極の周囲に、前記各相の開閉部の開閉動作に伴って発生するアークを遮蔽する中間シールドを配置した真空スイッチギヤにおいて、
前記真空容器の中間シールドが配置されている以外の内側であって、前記各導体の電界集中部位の一部又は全部を覆うように遮蔽板を配置し、該遮蔽板は前記電界集中部位と前記真空容器の間において前記真空容器に対して絶縁した状態で前記真空容器に固定され、かつ、前記各導体の電界集中部位は前記各導体に存する角部、屈曲部、突起部もしくは端部であり、該電界集中部位を微粒子異物により発生する絶縁破壊現象によって生じる荷電粒子から前記遮蔽板で遮蔽することを特徴とする真空スイッチギヤ。
